I went in for an Ultimate Wash on 11/2/24 and towards the end of the wash I felt an impact to the…read morerear of my car. When I dried it I saw the damage and went in to talk to a manager, just to say hey, I know you probably won't accept responsibility but something happened during the wash. They went out, took a look and made it seem like the damage didn't happen there because there are some scratches on both sides of my vehicle. I told them I'm aware of everything that's on my car, I drive it daily & spent the morning cleaning it out so I would have seen that damage if it had been there. Then they said it's a soft touch car wash & the only way something could have happen is if I turned the steering wheel, which I didn't do. I've been going here for years but today was it for me. I don't need to do business with a place that's so dismissive of its customers. I filled out an incident report but have little to no expectations for follow up based on their reaction.

Don't know if the previous owners of our vehicle ever cleaned it but it looked and smelled completely great compared from when we dropped it off with TAW. I believe they also offer pick up and drop off, if you would rather not come find them, but Will recommend to friends even if they have to come drive themselves from out of state!
