I called up Paul Campanella and spoke to Kate, who was incredibly friendly and helpful. She was able to get me in the next morning and offered their shuttle service to get me back home. Since I live pretty far from there, I used the shuttle to go to a local coffee shop (Farmer & Co - definitely check it out if you're in a similar situation) and did some work there while I waited. The communication was great, they texted me with updates and sent comprehensive images and details about their inspection process. I felt really comfortable knowing that they spent the time making sure my car was safe. When all was said and done, the price was very reasonable. Although this shop is a bit of a hike for me, I will likely be back when my car needs another service.
