Erick and his smart mouth should be fired! he said the oil for the dark meat made the chicken look spicy. THe white meat was fine. He instead of explaining it with out getting mad told us "if we would listen". I'm surprised I handled it well. We were trying to tell him he gave us the wrong pieces. And when they came to me I said "I am not paying until my food is on the window shelf". They showed me... I ordered thighs and breasts. Because I did give them another shot today, I am able to give them a new score. I was actually pleasantly surprised with my service, and they actually got the order correct today! What made this particular branch gain their 3rd star is the attention to detail from the order taker in the drive thru to ensure they got the correct order. Yet, what truly sold me on giving them the third star was the fact that when I ordered biscuits she refused to let me have them because she did not feel the quality was good enough for her to sale or for me to eat. She went as far as to bring one to the window to show her disappointment in the batch. She offered to make a fresh batch if I was willing to wait the time, but I declined. That type of service in a fast food restaurant is not often seen. If I was taking the order, the customer is always right, so they would have those mini burnt biscuits and I would have kept it moving! They earned the 4th star because they are the only chicken chain that I have come across that does the 2 piece, leg and thigh, 99 cent special twice a week! That is double the opportunity to get fat every week! That is too frickin' awesome! You can come to this location every Tuesday and Thursday and get this cheap eats deal. We went to this place yesterday! I have been there 2 time and both times I enjoy the food and service! We got 10pc for $5.99 and tender combo! Both dishes are delicious and fresh! Came in last night for a 3pc spicy mixed with mashed potatoes and this is what I got. Tenders. I saw a whole bunch of spicy chicken sitting there too, I could tell they were put off and annoyed with me because I had already ordered and was getting food to go but that's no excuse, he also verified with me stating three pc spicy. And then I asked him again, you got that spicy right, to make sure because the pod didn't say spicy. I work in the food industry and know how it goes but you still need to do your job. They get that they're currently working, so this isn't the best time to just be standing there, not really doing anything. The only "competitor" (I use that phrase lightly, as it is no real competition) is a little ways down the street, and it's like $7.99 for a frickin' 2 piece with A biscuit. No thanks. The food? Tastes great, chicken is juicy, mashed potatoes don't taste gross and powdery, the honey biscuits (it would look silly if spent a paragraph on those delicious little chunks of bread.) Love that they offer spicy or original and it doesn't affect the appeal or the consistency of the chicken itself. 4 out 5 simply because they don't do delivery. read more

Not only were they happy to serve me, they informed me that they were out of an item I wanted, apologized, and asked if I would mind waiting whiLe they cooked it for me. WHAT!!? Went there 2 weeks ago for fried gizzards(love those things). Got back to work and started to eat, those things were like chewing on shoe leather. Well decided to try once more yesterday, ordered gizzards again , stupid me. Started off much better, til I started chewing something tough and leathery. Took it out of my mouth, it was the lining of the gizzard that's a greenish yellow color. They are supposed to be removed from the meat of gizzard. The only reason I'm providing this location with a one star rating it is due to the customer service the chicken is really good. But the employees are very rude to the customers! One in particular I'm not one to point out a person's flaws but I don't know if I was given the correct name. But I was told her name is Erica she wears glasses and she's cross-eyed . While I was there another customer referred to her as a rude b****. The manager was also present to witness this and her name was Tomy Diaz. As I was telling her my issues with this employee and asking her name the manager refused to give me the name until I continued to demand it. The lady who was referred to as Erica told me that the manager did not speak English and I couldn't speak to her. The reason I was so upset is because this was not my first interaction with this employee, earlier this week I have went in and ordered a chicken fried steak for my disabled mom and they did not provide any gravy. My mom called back and told them that they forgot to put her gravy in her meal and the employee Erica told her that she could not come back and get it, I got on the phone and spoke with her and explained that I had just purchased the meal and I have my receipt . I had made it all the way home and due to them not putting everything in the bag I have to come back! My mom did ask if she will receive a free drink or anything for the inconvenience. My mom was told no and that the manager was not available. When I arrive to the restaurant the manager was present and offered a free drink. I'm kinda pissed right now. I'm disappointed in the organization of the restaurant. While 3 people were cleaning up the kitchen in the back and two people were preparing a large order and ignoring the people waiting to order. If they had just taken the time to take my order, they could have been cooking it in the back while I waited and they finished the giant order. scary-looking, people under the influence come here and yell, cuss, and scream at the employees. one bragged he had been drinking since 1pm. the cashier didn't do anything but stand there and smile when he should have been calling the police. maybe it was because the cook knew them. I waited in front of the counter hoping there was a security camera pointed in that area in case things got crazy. finally they left and I waited until they were gone before going straight to my car and leaving. I don't dare ever come back. if the manager is reading this, it happened at about 5pm on 9/10/15.
