Stopped in for a late dinner last night, we had the garlic not-knots and a pizza. If you haven't tried their not-knots, you must!! They were just phenomenal, will be a go-to for us from now on. The pizza was also fantastic, it's a thicker crust pizza, which I like. The tomato sauce has good flavor and it's loaded with toppings! Ridiculously expensive!!! MOD sizes are bigger and customizable. $61 for 3 small (10 " diameter) . Flavors were good but the crust is too thick for the toppings. Super slow service we waited over 20 min. and there was one person ahead of us. Place was clean but freezing. Katy ratings confuse me--mediocre food gets high scores, and genuinely good food gets dragged. Mountain Mike's is solid pizza. Easily the best around here outside of Star. I'm from inside the loop where Pink's is king. If you want a $5 pie, go to Little Caesars and eat ketchup-covered cardboard. Mountain Mike's has great crust and decent quality toppings. My only real complaint is the wait time. They consistently overpromise--plan on 45 minutes or more for your order. read more

This is strictly the food the staff working that day were very friendly and pleasant. So this is conveyer style pizza. Similar to what you would get from some box membership required stores. The pizza is puffy. And because this is a thicker pizza I think either the temp wasn't high enough or the conveyer was traversing the oven too quickly or because of the abundance of toppings the pizza and toppings didn't get fully cooked. So the pizza was a bit chewy and the topping looked "warmed" not cooked per se. The pizza is pricey. North of $20 for a medium pie but they do pile on the toppings. The wings were tiny and flooded with sauce. I couldn't eat the wings simply because it was like eating/drinking sauce. Overall it's not for me but worth the try if you enjoy the puffier pizza. I heard about this place via word of mouth so I decided to give it a try. I ordered the Jalapeños Not-Knots and a medium Pepperoni pizza. The Jalapeños Not-Knots had the perfect amount of cheese and jalapeños. The pepperoni pizza had a delicious tomato sauce and the cup pepperonis were crispy and tasty. Unfortunately, we had high hopes for a new pizza place close to home but were gravely disappointed. It took three hours for the pizza to get delivered. The pizza was cold and hard and had clearly been sitting for an extended period of time. What is more disheartening is that each time we called, the information was mixed up. We were on hold for 13 min. to speak to someone the first time. We called back at probably 20-30 increments to figure out what was happening. I'd get put on hold, then a new person would pick up and I'd have to ask for an update all over again. Someone said they were on the way then after another 30 min. the driver picked up and said that order never left the store it's been on the warmer. Anyways, a lot of mixed information, and three hours for cold hard pizza, cold hard churros that didn't have any cinnamon or sugar, missing items and cold wings is unacceptable. They processed a refund which was expected but we won't return at least for several months while they get things figured out. Management has their work cut out for them but I can appreciate them handling it kindly the next day and processing a refund. read more

The reason I came here was for a video: rating low star reviewed food establishments. This place is awesome, they have for sure upgraded themselves from the reviews. The interior has this modern day feel to it, the floors were clean and overall the store was in good shape. The pizzas were soft and cheesy, you can tell they were fresh. We were helped or rather not helped by Brandi who was too busy making conversation with another employee and did not take the time to do her job. She acted as if we were bothering her. We went in and ordered a pizza to take out. Sat down and paid for 2 drinks. After 35 minutes asked if our pizza was ready. Was told no. After 1 hr had passed we asked again. Very good pizza with a crunchy bottom crust. A lot of pizza places these days dont cook the pizza long enough to give it that crunchy bottom crust. We ordered the 20" mountain size, garlic knots, small cheese, personal cheese pizzas, and now have dinner for tomorrow night as well. Realistically, unless one is feeding 3 teenage boys, you probably don't need the mountain size. A large will do along with the garlic knots, which were delicious. Overall, it's a decent pizza joint. I'm looking forward to going back and trying something new. Dined out with my family of 5 for under $90, which is rare these days. If there was one negative, it is that the fountain sodas are Pepsi products, and I'm a Coke fan. read more

Disappointing Experience, allow me to explain. I was excited to try the new pizza place in our neighborhood, but unfortunately, the experience was far from pleasant. From the start, things were chaotic. They didn't have lids for drinks, which made takeout unnecessarily inconvenient. The staff seemed completely overwhelmed and confused, constantly redirecting each other and struggling to keep things organized. The worst part was the wait. It took an hour to get our pizza and wings, even though other customers who ordered after us received their food much faster. There was clearly no system in place to manage orders efficiently. Overall, this place really needs to improve their operations and customer service. I wanted to support a new business, but this was a disappointing experience. I won't be returning anytime soon. MOD pizza is just across the street, you're better off going there. read more

Went for the buffet. First off, cashier did not know how to make change and short changed me. I let it slide instead of trying to explain math to her. Then got to the pizza ...Only one pizza there which no one wanted...Black olives, pineapple and lettuce...6-8 people standing around waiting, most with children...They were asking the manager for request and were told the same thing I was told...NO.....I think the most common pizza, especially for kids is cheese or pepperoni...They finally put a fresh pizza out, half cheese and half pepperoni....8 slices...the kids grabbed that, and most still didn't get any...Parents were still talking to the manager...After another 10 minutes they put out another pizza, a vege pizza. Nobody touched it...But we were told there was pizza on the buffet.....I would think that the most popular pizza, cheese, pepperoni or sausage would be the most common on the buffet, but maybe not, people might eat them....After 25 minutes I ask for a refund....Manager acted shocked, but did refund my money except for the drink..... dc, katy tx. read more
