This place needs to be close , we went in and ordered at 5:15 and waited for 55 minutes, order are not giving out by order, people here don't know what they are doing. How can a fast food take so long to get your order? They lied " we ordered 20 pieces and was only given 18, also told us for taking so long to give us 5 more pieces, and that was a lie, don't waste your time here. There's not a lot of Church's Chicken locations around...not nearly as many as their used to be years ago, and this one has been here for a while. I paid them a visit on a Wednesday afternoon for a snack and things weren't bad. There were a couple of customers in line in front of me, but I waited in line for all of 5 minutes before my order was in hand. I got a 3 piece snack mixed (about $5) to go. Chicken was crispy, tasted fresh and not any more greasy than fried chicken usually is. I thought this was classic Church's. I also asked for an order of corn nuggets but they said they didn't have any today. Was actually pleasantly surprised with the visit, considering most of the reviews complain about bad attitude or extended wait times. I didn't have to deal with any of those. Located off of memorial drive, about a mile or so away from I-285, Church's has a private parking lot, with limited parking in front of the store, and parking along the curbs. There's a drive thru too, tho it can be more slow than going in (fair warning). Decent experience that left me satisfied. TO Whom It May Concern, I would like to let you all know that Chasity is a great worker. She's always smiling and making sure that everyone is happy with whatever they purchase. I really could see her as manager and go beyond that as a General manager. My food was hot and fresh. That is my pet pea with fast food restaurants when it comes to hot& fresh. The main thangs is she didn't have US waiting for over 45 minutes for your food. There are other employees that work there should learn & train from Chasity. Don't go. Don't waste your time. Service took extremely long, I first went to the drive thru and no one responded and when I went to the door, they were locked. Please don't visit this business. I was standing in the lobby and the manager and crew person refused me service. They said three were closed and then escorted me to the door. But there was customer coming in behind me who was told the same thing. She was also turned away with her children. It's not our issue you didn't lock your doors. Sometimes you know when the end is near. There's very little signs of life. Maybe a little too much emphasis has been placed on life support when you know that the end id nigh. It's almost painful to watch. I pulled up to this Church's (heck, even the apostrophe is missing from the Yelp location) this evening and it looked really dim. The sign was dim, the interior was dim and the parking lot lighting was dim. Even with that, I was not to be deterred. I pulled up in the drive through line and started to patiently wait. After 5 minutes passed, I pulled up one car length. Another few minutes passed and the car behind me turned around and left. I finally got up to the menu and noticed that several bulbs were out. The funny part was that they didn't even take my order. They just asked me to pull forward with no explanation. So, I pulled forward. And waited... I waited some more. After 25 minutes in line, I left. There were only 3 cars in front of me. The store looked deserted as I drove past. I'm sure there were one or two souls in there doing their best, but management/ownership isn't doing their best with this location. Church's either needs to pull the plug on this location, or invest in it to make it viable and enjoyable to go to. read more

If you're hunting for good fast food chicken, Church's is about as good as it gets. I stopped by this location to pick up lunch through the drive-thru. Naturally, as I am pulling up to the squawk box to order, an employee ambles out and starts up his leaf blower. Are you kidding me? So the poor girl inside could not hear a word I said. At her insistence, I drove around to the window to order instead. The young lady at the window was apologetic about Mr. Leaf Blower. My food came quickly and as usual, it was fresh and tasty. She even put coupons in the bag. I must point out something else. The cost of a two-piece all-white meat chicken meal was around $5. At the other closer location I frequent, they charge $7 because of the white meat. This drives me crazy that another location is charging $2 more for the same meal. The single most absolute worst fast food experience of my life. I waited 20 minutes at the drive they window then decided to go inside. 15 minutes later I told the manager, Luis, my order had been placed 30 minutes ago, he walked away. 35 minutes and no food.
