After taking my order I curiously asked the girl who attended me thru drive-thru if they had anything for birthdays & she explained to me about a free dessert. The whole process of this was absolutely ridiculous, there was no communication between any of her coworkers about this situation. There was an unnecessary deal made over a free cookie. I ordered through the mobile and went to the drive through I waited 17 minutes to get my order and it was only three cars in front of me. A youth comes to my car and asks me" what's the name on your order?". I tell him.... He walks away. He comes back again and asks me the same question three times. Chic-Fil-A use to be the gold stand for fast food restaurants and this particular location was no exception, however, how the mighty have fallen!!!! My wife just had major surgery so I've been taking care of the meals. She loves Chik-Fil-A so I've been the several times in the past three weeks and these folks consistently get me order messed up!!! It's either incorrect or incomplete. And I don't find out until I get how and take my wheelchair out of the car, get in it and take the food to my wife before I discover the error! This has happened more than 4 times in the past couple of weeks!!! You may ask, "Well why don't you check the bag before you leave?" Understandable question. My answer is that for the $30 plus that I spend each time I go there, they should be able to check the freaking bags before they give them to me!!! I hate to write this but this location completely dropped the ball. I stopped in Monday evening around 8.30. The 1st person to approach my car asked me to verify my name and order. I explained that I hadn't been help yet. At this time I am at the actually drive thru but the menu board was still reflecting breakfast. She did stop and turn it around for me to make my choice. I order a Mac n cheese and kale and she asked me small or large. I didn't even know there were options on sizes and she couldn't tell me the price difference. My friend order 3 meals one of the drinks she said water. Yet they gave her a small cup of water instead of the same size It would have been if it was a soda. Because technically she paid for a drink with the combo meal. Then I got this small bowl with a spoonful of kale. I asked what usually comes with it and was told almost which they handed me at the window. But chic fila is dead wrong for that serving size on that salad. What's not to love about chick fil a! I go to this particular location at least one a week and they never disappoint. They always have fast and friendly service and are generous with the sauces. My favorite meal is the spicy chicken sandwich with lemonade and if I'm feeling particularly fancy that day I'll make my lemonade frosted! read more

I'm a little confused about this Chick Fil A. They have a couple of people who have to stand outside in the driveway of the drive-thru. One to take your order and another to take your payment. I noticed a few of the Chick-fil-A restaurants have been doing that when the drive-thru line gets a little lengthy, but I know for a fact this one does it ALL THE TIME! I don't understand that method when it's not busy ir when it's really cold. There was hardly anyone in the drive-thru and it was really cold with some snow left on the ground (from the snow storm the week before) the last time I went through the drive-thru. well, I went to the location on memorial Dr Stone Mountain near Rays road today. I'm a frequent customer of all chick fil a in metro Atlanta area. The fries weren't fresh & lukewarm. I like my fries crisp and hot, which they usually are at other locations. I asked for 3 bbq sauces and only got 2. Otherwise, the drive thru line wasn't as long as usual, which is the reason I stopped here. I've never written a review for this business bc they never fail with food quality and service. Usually this location is decent, but I don't know what happened tonight. I usually order my food ahead for curbside, but I accidentally pressed pickup inside instead. I waited forever for my food to come out and they didn't even call my name for it like they're supposed to, they just asked for my name and handed to me. I have been eating at this Chick-fil-A about once a week the past two months. I always have good service until today. The employee that helped me with my order and gave me a refill did not speak to me at all. I said, "thank you" and she did not say "my pleasure". She actually didn't say anything at all. That was strange for Chick-fil-A because usually the employees are very friendly. Jayiona has not been taught the Chick-fil-A way. I wonder how many different CFA's I have visited over the years. Well, I went to a new one for me in the atlanta area this morning. I guess technically this is in Stone Mountain off memorial drive. I arrived around 650 and the drive thru line was massive. I looked inside and weighed my options. Inside was busy but not like the drive-thru. I parked and went inside. There is a decent amount of parking for this location. The outside looked well kept and clean. Going in the store appears to be in great shape and was clean inside. I waited in line for about 5 minutes. Not all the registers were open. I feel like they could probably have more staff this time of day to speed up the drive thru and inside. I visited the restrooms to wash my hands and all looked clean. The staff was polite and very friendly. The were ok with the fact that I placed a special order and prepared it pretty darn quick. I received my order in less time than it took me to order so I was happy. I grabbed some condiments and out the door I went. The biscuits here seem to be better than other CFAs. I know this sounds weird but they taste more buttery and the outside has a slight crispiness to it which helps it from falling apart while eating. I really enjoyed this biscuit. This location has incorporated new changes that makes it look like the corporation has lost its mind. I went to the drive through while the car line is close to the street but in the street after my relatives and I got our order. We ordered two small oreo milkshakes without those disgusting dyed cherries and one small cup of vanilla ice cream. There's now two employees where the outdoor order menu is located. Both on foot wearing short-sleeved shirts and pants, one takes orders and the other verifies and accepts forms of payment. The second employee to whom I have payment, I believe, is responsible for messing up our order. At the drive through window, there's another employee dressed like the other two. He's facing the two females who putting the orders together. As they were putting the cups in a holder I saw how low the ice cream was. Before the food was handed to the outdoor employee, I asked could they add more ice cream just to fill the cup like it was done years before when I was a regular customer. All I saw was the two females discuss among themselves and no honor to my request. Turns out that ice cream cup was a child's cup of ice cream. The size of that is only for a one-year-old. The indoor employees are dressed differently from the outdoor employees. A manager comes almost immediately and tells me that there is no small size in the ice cream. Since when is my question. I expressed dearly that I ordered a small ice cream, not a child size anything. Just think: I can order a small milkshake but I can't order a small ice cream. Both items have similar composition. The manager took the baby cup of ice cream and offered a large cup of ice cream. Then we left to join street traffic that both entering and leaving the Chick-fil-A parking lot. My first Oreo milkshake ever on 10/11/2019, and oreo flavor was mild. My sibling use to long to have one but not anymore because of the new changes, the order issue and the light cookie flavor from her milkshake. Why Chick-fil-A, why did you have to add nonsense to the way your business was ran? It's terribly ignorant to expose three of your employees to the environmental elements (possible strong winds, loose animals, humidity, etc.) and the potential crazy person. They're exposed. I go to this location often because it's convenient. Service is always very friendly, and most employees know and recognize me because I go so much. The food is usually pretty fresh except every now and then the fries seem old and I have to ask for fresher ones. My only complaint is the drive-thru line gets slow when there are 4 or more cars. I don't know what happens, but things just really slow down and get backed up rather quickly. Overall, this is a great location. read more

Kind of a quiet Chick Fil a...much more so than some of the others where there's always a line. Towards the evening you can walk right in and be greeted by a VERY friendly staff. Place is clean, decent sized location and pretty much what you expect if you've been to a chick fil a before. read more
