Queso Good - Nacho Mama and they're right. Fake canned cheese and beans. Meat was good but some chewy pieces.

Queso Good is a food truck specializing in quesadillas. They've got a wide selection so I decided…read moreto try their Argentine steak dilla which is on a 13 inch tortilla with mozzarella cheese, marinated grilled steak, chimichurri, tomatoes, lettuce, and small potatoes. It also somes with a very small amount of tortilla chips. This cost me $15.37. The first thing I noticed is that their tortillas aren't the stereotypical white flour you see in most quesadillas at other places; it was a very unique thin and crispy texture. It was huge and filled to brim with so much flavor that I couldn't finish it; it made me wish I was more hungry at the time of purchasing it. I really like the fact that their website is very detailed.

A suggestion for improvement is that the menu near the ordering window did not match the menu on the side of the truck, nor did the food come out according to the menu. I ordered the Hail Caesar with a side of guacamole ($2 for a tiny ramekin). The menu did not state there were onions on the dilla but I asked when I ordered to confirm there were no onions. The man taking orders told me that if the menu didn't say onions were included, then onions wouldn't be included. Guess what was included? Giant chunks of red onion. A little disappointed by the inconsistency and lack of employee knowledge. The quesadilla came out hot and fresh and was very large.

Honestly, my favorite burger I've ever had. You can really taste the quality of each ingredient,…read moretheir Wagyu patty is actually so worth the 30 minute line. I did get the spicy viva burger to try as well, and didn't like it as much. It lacked depth of flavor and kinda just tasted spicy. Still a solid burger of course, but I would go back to the classic ones next time. During lent, they had their fish sandwich, which was INSANE. The best one we have ever had. The fish was crispy on the outside, flakey and buttery on the inside. The tartar sauce was perfectly tart and balanced the whole thing. I AM PRAYINGG it comes back for times other than lent. Ruined every other fish sandwich for me. We tried their fries both times we went, and honestly not a fan. They're beef tallow fries so they're supposedly "better" but they were pretty hard and oily, and have the meat taste from the beef tallow that I don't like, I would skip these. People start lining up before the truck opens so I suggest getting there 20 minutes early for quick service, otherwise you'll be looking at an hourish wait. But trust me, it's worth it

My friends and I arrived about 20 minutes before the truck opened, and there were already a few people standing in line. The line moved pretty quickly, and the total time from ordering and receiving our food was only about 15 minutes. At this time, the line wrapped around the truck. The food came out hot and fresh. Filet-o-fish is one of my favorites of all time, and the filet de fish did not disappoint at all! The first bite had us levitating and seeing stars. The tartare sauce that the fried fish was smothered in was delicious and creamy, and the fish fillet itself was tender and flaky. The toasted and soft Japanese bun was the cherry on top. Simple and comforting and nostalgic, but elevated in the best way. We also tried their popular Viva Mexico, but we felt like it lacked in flavor and only tasted spicy, if that makes sense. Beef tallow fries were okay and not anything special. Great portions, however, it was still pretty expensive for a food truck burger. I'm glad I got to try this place out and will be back if the filet de fish hits the menu again, and would try their Signature next time.

A small…read moregroup of us made our way down to visit and the line was the longest we've gotten in out of all the trucks that have visited in the past. Who knew so many people liked burgers and fries? Lol. Despite the longish line, we all received our orders within a reasonable time. I ordered the Cowboy BBQ burger and curly fries. The burger and fries themselves were good but I wouldn't say it was extraordinary. It was simply a decently seasoned burger patty with most likely store bought BBQ sauce, cheese, and bacon between 2 sizeable soft buns. I have a feeling the curly fries were also store bought frozen but they were served hot and crispy and pretty tasty. What stood out for me was their table set of condiments. I've never seen such variety from a food truck and I appreciated it so much. They offered fresh lettuce leaves, ranch, BBQ sauce, mayo, and ketchup with little to-go sauce containers to dress up your burger even more to your liking. I ended up filling a little container with ranch for my fries. Despite being able to make some of their offerings at home myself, I would still order from here again. It sure beats driving somewhere for lunch and it's convenient.
