These were so good! She fries them fresh right in front of you, and you get so many for the price! I got them after dinner, so I was too full to finish all of them that I bought, but I continued to eat them throughout the week and they were somehow still crispy and chewy. OMG they're so good please support

I'll keep it short and simple. These churros are amazing. 6 for $5. I've been to Mexico City and these rank up there. Such a deal. Support your small business owners!

So far I've tried their churro and deep fried Oreos. Delicious!!! Although my Spanish isn't great, the people who work here are always kind and patient.

Fresh churros and fried bananas made right in front of you so there is a little wait time! Definitely going back.

Was in next door and had drinks so looking for some solid good late night foods. Went here and was behind 3 people but it move quite quickly. Typical taco food truck menu I would say but they do have 2 separate bars: one for the sauces and the other is for the veggies and they have plenty of it plus it well clean and well stocked up. Service is nice and friendly, not bad for waiting. Ordered a burrito ($11) with 1/2 marinated pork (which is quite good), and 1/2 with tongue (interesting, not bad but I wouldn't do it again for the burrito, for taco - yes) w/o cheese & bean - basically meats w/ rice and everything else. The portion is quite HUGE, 2 people can finish w/ that for sure. Overall, it was very tasty burrito w/ a lot of condiments, she even gave me grilled onions with it l, which are sweet & delish. Glad that I decided to stop by to give it a try. Will definitely come back for more.

I will say the truck itself is placed at a pretty dark corner of the street with some transient people nearby. Just an observation, nothing to do with the food or service. The service was fast and everything went smoothly when ordering, this place takes card if you don't have any cash. I ordered 1 al pastor burrito, 3 lengue tacos, 1 pastor taco, 2 tripas, and 2 cabeza. The order took about 10 minutes to complete even though I was the only customer. The self service bar had everything you needed, 4 separate sauces, cilantro, onion, radish, cucumber, limes, and pickled onions, jalapenos, and habaneros. I took it to go to eat at home and after the 10 minute drive and walk into my apartment everything was still super hot and smelt amazing. The pastor is some of the best I've had in a while, super flavorful and juicy. The lengue was tender, the cabeza almost had a tallow flavor, and the tripas was crispy. All excellent choices in my book. The sauces were spicy, however, in a blind taste test I don't think I could distinguish between any of them. Visually they were distinct but the flavor profiles were all very similar. Still good salsas overall, but if you're a diehard verde vs roja kinda person there really wasn't a difference in my opinion. Definitely worth trying out, hard to stand out too much with the multitude of taco shops/trucks around, but a good choice overall. Al Pastor has to be the highlight of the meat choices. Also Tuesday they offer 1.50 on a select choice of meats. For 1 burrito and 8 tacos my order came out to a little over 33 with tax, good bang for your buck.

I had ordered carne asada, carnitas, and pollo which came with salsas, guacamole, rice, beans, and chips for 70 people, with an add on of horchata and watermelon agua fresca. The delivery and setup went smoothly, and the amount of food was more than enough for the group. The amount of condiments given was generous as well. The downsides were the quality of the carnitas and pollo. The carnitas seemed dry and was chopped into large cubes. The pollo was shredded and mixed in with equal amounts of bell pepper and onion. The best meat was clearly the carne asada, which was completely gone by the end of the event while the other two remained. We gave away the leftovers because they were mediocre. The horchata was good, but the agua fresca was barely sweet and kind of lacking in flavor. I have sampled many taco bars at various events over the years. Overall, I was surprised that this company had a rating of 5 stars on both Yelp and Google. For a price of a little over $1200, it felt quite expensive and like we were mainly paying for the delivery and quantity of food. Friendly and prompt service, but somewhat disappointing product.

Very Big Swap Meet but Lots of Fakes and Resellers!!…read more There's tons of vendors selling different things, and you may see multiple vendors selling the same things such as household items, children's toys, hardware items, and plants. Lots of vendors sell clothing at different prices, but I did see one vendor sell clothes for $1 each. There's plenty of vendors selling fake water bottles such as Stanley cups and Hydroflasks. I found two vendors selling Sonny Angels from Aliexpress, very obvious fakes, and I would never buy Sonny Angels from Swap Meets. However, if they're your thing, there's tons of them. There are also reseller vendors selling items they've found from TJ Maxx, Marshall's, Ross, Five Below, etc. There's a lot of food vendors. They essentially sell the same things like Italian Ice, Churros, Agua Frescas, and Mangoneadas. However, there are some vendors that sell Elotes, Tacos, Pupusas, etc. They're just a bit harder to find. I got two Churros for $8, a Vanilla Raspado with Condensed Milk for $5, and Hot Cheetos with Cheese for $5. It was a bit steep for a swap meet, but I understand these vendors are just trying to make ends meet. Vendors are nice a majority of the time. They mostly seem pretty tired from the blasting heat. Some vendors will offer you a better price on an item you want if you walk away, and some vendors let you haggle the prices. The Swap Meet is pretty big so you will find something for you. Parking is free, but it can be a bit hectic. Vendors seem to close down their booths 2:30pm-3:00pm. If you're planning on making multiple purchases, you're better off bringing a wagon, cart, bags, or multiple people.

Parking can be a hassle because the college grounds while big, it's very busy and the lots fill up quickly. Why only 2 stars? Too many vendors selling the same things over and over again. Not a whole lot of unique selections or variety to choose from. A ton of clothes that honestly wasn't priced at swap meet prices, they were priced slightly below retail if that. Even the clothes you could tell was used was too expensive. This was my first time here and I was disappointed at the repetitive selections from vendors. I don't think I'd come back here any time soon.

Looks small. Eating the burger: 5/5 Amazing. Super juicy double patty, with a full bacon inside. Quality meat. However, it was a little salty, so a couple nice juicy tomatoes would have been amazing. Ordered a regular cheese burger, the wicked burger, regular fries, and avocado fries. I specifically asked the guy taking my order if they sell just regular fries. To which his response was yes. Food comes out, I get to my table and open the bag and every burger comes with fries. Nowhere on the truck menu does it mention burgers come with fries. You would also think the person taking my order could kindly let me know that burgers come with fries when I just specifically ordered a side of fries. Clueless customer service. I actually went back to the truck as asked for a refund and to take the fries because they would just end up going to waste because my burgers came with fries and no one told me. He said no and once they leave the truck, nothing they can do. The wicked burger came with jalepenos, bacon lettuce, tomato, basically the works. Unfortunately it really bland. You would think I'm lying but to my surprise with all those ingredients, it was not flavorful at all and a real disappointment. The avocado fries were ok. Nothing special and would not recommend ordering. To my surprise the fries were actually super salty so I just brushed the salt from the fries and put some fries in my burger for added, more like actual, taste. Overall, pretty disappointed. I spent $70 on 4 items. Overly priced and a severe lack of flavor. Do not recommend but you should always try something at least once and judge for yourself.

Communication was excellent, and a few days before the party he reached out directly to coordinate with the venue. That made everything so much easier and gave me one less thing to worry about on the day of the event. Our party was from 9 AM-12 PM, and David arrived before I even got there and was completely set up and ready to go. He brought his own full setup, including tables, plates, a pop-up tent for shade, and a great team to help everything run smoothly. We had around 120 guests, and everyone LOVED the pizza. Our package included two regular pizzas (cheese and pepperoni) and two specialty pizzas, and we chose BBQ chicken and Hawaiian. Everything was fresh and delicious. At one point, David even walked around with a freshly made pepperoni and jalapeño pizza that he made on the spot without us even asking. Our guests loved it! One thing that really stood out to me was how accommodating David was. I mentioned that we had a guest with a dairy allergy, and without hesitation, he made a fresh cheeseless pizza specifically for them. That level of attentiveness really impressed me and meant a lot as the host. He also offers different pricing options for adults and children, along with gluten-free dough, which is really helpful when you're feeding a large group with different dietary needs. Beyond the food, David is just genuinely great to work with. He is responsive, professional, organized, flexible, and clearly takes pride in what he does. He really goes above and beyond to make sure everything runs smoothly. Our guests were still talking about how good the pizza was after the party! If you're planning a birthday party, family gathering, or any event and want fresh, delicious pizza from someone who is reliable and easy to work with, I highly recommend Passion for The Pie and David. I will absolutely be booking him again for future events! 5 stars all the way!

Probably most importantly - the pizzas were delicious! Every guest raved about the flavor and crust and came back for more. Guests were very, very happy!
