Ok it's kinda ridiculous how many times my friends and I eat at this food truck, and I always feel a bit guilty when I realize I've already eaten the entire bag, but the churros from this truck are well worth the added carbs. Not only are the churros well sweetened with sugar and spice and the dough being the perfect mix between crunchy exterior and soft interior, the portions they give are pretty sizable too, being enough for two people. BUT the long drive from the listed location to the new location was definiiitely worth. I got the traditional churros (10 medium length churros for $5). First bite - I thought I just bit into a perfectly fried piece of butter! But no, the churro is perfectly crispy on the outside and incredibly soft on the inside. It just melts in your mouth. I got two orders of churros. While the churros were fresh and made to order, the oil tasted old. Everytime I ate a churro I was left with what I describe as sort of a soapy after taste. That's not to mention that the grease was not drained very well. There was so much grease that it seeped through the bag onto my car's seat. Luckily I have leather seats so it came off fairly easily. If possible to give 0 stars, I would. The guy that was there, my guess is the owner Victor, was very rude. Definitely did not want to do his job and definitely did not make me nor my family feel "welcomed" as he states in his description above. A family member asked what kind of toppings an item on the menu had, and he said " same toppings as all the other items". Keep in mind that this was our first time going so we weren't familiar with the menu. I do want to say that the lady preparing the orders was very sweet and kind. The flavor is delicious had them twice. However..... those two times I've always had to use the bathroom over and over. Upon realizing that although the outside is nice and crunchy the inside is gooey and undercooked.
