Just finished my Chuspy's burritos. I had a lunch burrito with Chicken Chipotle, Jalapenos, Rice, Beans, and Sour Cream. Heads up you need a fork if you load it down, but my tortilla never got saggy. I also had a breakfast burrito, Bacon and Eggs. I just moved here, but have been visiting Marble Falls for about six years. I thought Super Taco was the best place to get a burrito, but hell no. Growing up in San Antonio...then transplanted to Kansas, the two things I miss more than family and friends are bluebonnets and potato and egg breakfast tacos. A drive through Hill Country easily cured me of both these pangs. If you are looking for hands-down a superior breakfast burrito (taco), then you NEED to treat yourself to Chuspy's Burrito, and if it's not on your way...change your route. Eggs are fluffy, potatoes are heavenly...and the other fare is good too. I've successfully converted MOST of the family to potato and egg, but some still like the bacon and egg, and chorizo. All choices were enjoyed equally as well. I went out on a limb (which is quite a feat for me) and tried something different...Machado...and I'm glad I did. Lots of flavor...so good. So full. I'd like to make this review short, but I cannot sign off until I talk about the flour tortillas...yes. That's all I got...yes just about covers it. Do yourself a favor, wake up early, and find your way to Marble Falls to hit this Hill Country Haven. It is worth it. read more

Went to get a breakfast burrito on our way back from Austin specifically because of the yelp reviews and were not disappointed. My wife had potato and chorizo and I had potato egg and chorizo. They were awesome, moist and the tortilla was great. I had the green sauce and it was spicy but lots of flavor. We both thought it was one of the best breakfast tacos we have ever had. And I was so glad the potatoes were not deep fried but we're tender and seasoned well. Passing through Marble Falls? Try this place. read more

My friends and I stopped in here on a recommendation. It's just a counter where you pick the type of meat and toppings for your tacos. I ordered the green chile pork and the chicken chipotle, both with lettuce, tomato, cilantro and avocado on corn tortillas. The tacos are pretty big. Like a cross between a burrito and a taco. The pork was spicy and very flavorful. I loved it! The chicken was way too spicy. I ate the whole thing because I was so hungry but it was hard finishing it. I even ate some yogurt afterwards to neutralize the heat on my tongue and lips. I like spicy things but this was crazy. My friend who only ordered the chicken chipotle could only eat half because of the spice. Service was ok. They were annoyed that we came 12 minutes before closing but we got everything to go. Visited this place a couple days ago on my way to longhorn caverns to get a bite to eat and it was absolutely delicious!! I strongly recommend that if anyone is traveling through that they HAVE to try this place. I'm not usually a huge fan of corn tortillas and their taste but I felt like I needed to try them after reading the reviews. And it was so worth it. I've seriously never had a better tortilla. Great place for lunch! Wish they had fountain sodas instead of cans though. The brisket and egg/bacon were excellent. Salsa needs some work, but the green chili was very good. They ask if you want rice/beans/cheese and charge extra for all of those. Tortillas are fresh and yummy too. We will be back. read more

Stopped in to the little unassuming storefront based on other Yelp reviews and was not disappointed. Ordered one each of the lunch burritos. They were all very good but the "must try" varieties are chipotle chicken, spicy pork, and the picadillo. If spicy isn't your thing, then go for the guisada or beef. Very friendly staff, as well. Definitely will return next time we're in Marble Falls. read more

First time in today after reading reviews on yelp! I was a little hesitant to order. It is set up with a small taco bar as you walk in and it was dark. I didn't see anyone in the parking lot which is also a big red flag to me. Hubby and I decided to give it a try-- it was ok. I was told by another customer that this is mainly a breakfast place-- so may try it again sometime for that. Won't do lunch there again. But will definitely try breakfast! read more

My girlfriend and I were driving from Austin to the longhorn caverns and was passing through town looking for someplace for food when we saw the sign for Chuspy's. At first didn't think much other than that was such an unusual and creative name until further down the road when my girlfriend looked it up, causing a fast U-turn back to the restaurant. Simply, put the reviews were spot on. I had the egg and chorizo in a flour tortilla first and it was if I was eating so much more than that. Eggs were cooked just right, chorizo was flavorful with each bite, all the tortillas are homemade and divine, and the sauce they provide goes well with each burrito. And at about 2.50 per there is no way that you can go wrong. The staff that was there were extremely friendly and polite when we stood in the lobby trying to make up our minds and made sure that we understand what was spicy and to what level. My other experience was the chicken fajita which was cooked to order, the best way. Sauce wasn't spicy and didn't overpower the chicken or onions that was in there. My girlfriend had the Carne con Chile Verde in a corn tortilla that packed some heat but wasn't to the point your tongue was numb, a nice bit of seasoning that came with it. I am not usually a fan of corn tortillas but she had to keep that one away from me as I almost ate half. Only downside is that there aren't very many chairs and tables, and when we visited it was a couple of hours until closing so not sure how that works in peak hours. But the burritos are easy enough to eat in one hand while driving when taken on the go. I would definitely go back if I am ever in the area as the food and staff are worth the trip. Shame that I can't give this place more than 5 stars. read more

Light on frills, big on flavor. Food was great service was quick. You order your food from the counter and in no time they are calling you to pick it up. I had the green chili pork and it was fantastic. My wife had the carne guisada and it was good as well. Only negative I could call out would be that there is no soda fountain/water/iced tea station. Everything is in bottles or cans. It would have been better if we could get a refill of water or tea without having to get up and buy another drink. But this is a small sacrifice for food this good. read more

I normally don't give 5 star ratings, but this place is excellent; not fancy, but really good burritos at a great price. The chipotle chicken and carne asada burritos we had, one on a flour tortilla and one on a large corn tortilla, were delicious. And, one for each of us was all we needed for lunch. There were at least 5 other burrito "flavors" available (e.g., beef fajita) for lunch, and several on the menu for breakfast, with a variety of other ingredients like cheese, beans, sour cream, red or green salsa, etc. to finish off your selection. Look forward to many visits to Chuspy's in the future. read more
