Fast and delicious. Enough burrito for 2 people to share. I ordered the brisket jalapeño filled and wasn't disappointed. If I were going back, I'd just get one for me and my husband to share as I couldn't finish the entire burrito. It was $15 which is why I couldn't give it 5 stars. This place has good breakfast tacos for sure, I mean they are anything to write home about but they are good. The tortillas they use are not very large for the price you pay, but then again prices are skyrocketing literally everywhere so I don't fault them on that. The employees are super friendly and helpful and the atmosphere is upbeat and exciting i guess.. It's a good place to drop in and grab a quick bite while you're out and about. Didn't get to enjoy any of the food everyone raved about. Went about 15 min out of our way to try. It was Saturday at 11:15 am which Yelp said it should be open. We came in from Dripping Springs and my son and I both thoroughly enjoyed our burritos. We both had the chipotle chicken - my son even had 2! Reasonably priced and very friendly service. The food was delicious! Let me begin by we're picky about our Mexican food. The Spanish rice was awesome, my kids loved the bean and cheese burritos. My husband loved the chicharron and eggs - they were moist and the green salsa was perfect and the green chili pork with rice was so good. I even ate some and I'm not big on green chili. Got a carnequesada burrito and a chorizo egg & cheese burrito and I was blown away! Great taste and not covered in grease. During this Coronavirus pandemic they went the extra mile to not touch your food by making a sort of "build your own burrito bowl", all around amazing experience! Great place for lunch. I got the carne guisada and the chipotle chicken burritos. Both were good, but I liked the carne guisada the best, especially when paired with the green salsa. Believe the hype - this place is so legit! The food is very authentic and super authentic. You can tell they use quality ingredients. The burritos are almost "super tacos" using a smaller sized flour tortilla that doesn't completely wrap around the fillings, but it has such balanced flavor. You can tell the tortillas are made in house being slightly thicker than store bought and a ton of flavor. We had one with green pork and one with green chicken, and loaded them both up. Even with the extra charges for avocado and cheese, the total was $5 each so it's very reasonably priced. The flavor, though, the flavor was amazing! We used both their green and red sauces, too, which were both amazing. Can't wait to have this again in the future! read more

This was our first visit was "to go", I was impressed by the gentleman who answered the phone. We placed the order pretty late in the morning so although the AM cook had already left for day, he was willing to try to make my "custom" taco and it was great! He could have said "no, I can't do that" but instead, he provided excellent service. The food did not disappoint! They were well prepared and the size was substantial for a "taco". Driving through marble falls my wife and I were looking for a "taco place", so we did what most people would do and "Yelp"it! We saw this place was at the top so why not try it out? We were not disappointed! First off please understand that this is a burrito place and not necessarily a taco place. This makes a difference because of the size of them. If you usually eat 3 or 4 breakfast tacos you will be fine ordering 2 of these burritos. We ordered 6 burritos but should of only ordered 3-4. We tried the Chipotle chicken filling which was nicely seasoned and very spicy. In the spice Richter scale (1-10) I'd give it a 7. We also had the carne guisada which again was nicely seasoned. The meat chunks we're tender and it's gravy/sauce was savory and very peppery. The spice level on this one I'd say would be a 3. I had to try the carne molida with papas which is sauteed ground beef and chunks of potatoes mixed in. This one was seasoned well but a little dry for what I'm used to growing up. No spice. The last filling we had was the stewed green chile pork! Holy smokes! If you're a heat lover, this one is for you. The spice level on this one is a 10 or more. It was so spicy that after a few bites I felt my whole face and hair on fire. Last but not least we ordered all of our burritos on corn tortillas! You need to know that these are as authentic as they get. You could hear the ladies in the kitchen making them. It's an unforgettable sound as I heard it growing up when my mom made them. You heard the slapping sound the tortilla makes as the lady would slap it back and forth from hand to hand to give it that perfect round shape! The tortillas were hot, so soft and just perfect. So if you need to have some authentic Mexican food, this is a must try! Great food!! read more

The burritos here are amazingly fresh. They even make the tortillas in house, both corn and flour. The corn tortilla is especially impressive as it's not dry and brittle like store bought tortillas. I went for lunch so there's that. The burrito was $3.25 or something like that. A burrito has many ingredients and they overcharge for every one. I worked as a manager at Freebirds in Austin for over 4 years. They gave me an over priced taco. No attempt to make it a burrito at all. Maybe since I haven't found good Mexican food here that compares to the border or Austin I'm jaded. . . I'm sure their breakfast taco are good. Not sure why all of the great reviews. We had high hopes, and love the small local shops for tacos. We went in for breakfast, and they had a steam table full of prepared items. Chipotle chicken. Meh. Chicken tasted off. Babacoa was fine, but uninspiring. Several options for eggs, and I had the pico de gallo eggs. They were okay. The red salsa tasted like canned tomatoes. The rice was soggy. So where's the magic? Lots of high reviews, and no hint of substance. It wasn't terrible, but it didn't give any indication of why it would rate many for and five star reviews. Sometimes it can be a bad meal, but with all of the prepared foods, the experience should be consistent. So it goes. read more

Oh man, homemade flour AND corn tortillas?! As if that wasn't a big enough find, but Also finding an authentic place that serves menudo(on Saturday)?? Finally I've found my morning taco shop. The Barbacoa was flavorful and juicy without being marbled with fat & gristle! The chorizo was on point and the beans definitely tasted homemade. The green salsa has a kick but is delicious while the red sauce is equally delicious but a bit more mild. It is a small location however taking it Togo is a great option! We ordered to-go and the food was still pipping hot by the time we got home(15 minutes later). The portions are great- these aren't little overpriced baby tacos, they're good sized tacos. I wouldn't call them burritos but a very hearty taco. I bought six tacos, 2 for me, 2 for my husband and 2 for later- well my eyes were definitely bigger than my stomach!
