First and foremost- the food was delicious! Carne asada, pastor, and chicken tacos, quesadillas, jalapeño poppers, salsas, crema, onions/cilantro, and horchata. All of it was so good. They bring literally everything you need- they provide the table to serve the food, plates, cups, napkins, & silverware. The guys were on time and very friendly. Last year my cousin had a baby shower and had chuy tacos there, i remembered enjoying them so when I decided to throw a surprise party for my boyfriends birthday, I reached out! Communicating with them was extremely easy. Day of they arrived and set everything up perfectly before our arrival. It was approximately 40 people and they provided everything! All the toppings, and sides you could need. Comparing to other vendors they're the only ones that also offered jalapeño poppers, and everyone commented on how much they enjoyed them. Even better they packaged all the leftover food and even gave me additional salsa. My mother in law commented on how she would like the hire them for every party so she never has to cook again. Thoroughly impressed with the customer service, their punctuality and the quality of their food. Back in late February, I started to research different taco vendors to cater our school Cinco de Maya Spring Festival in May. It had been a few years since we had a festival due to the pandemic. As the school PTA president, I had a lot of pressure to make this festival a successful one. My challenge was to find a good food vendor that would meet the school's budget. I narrowed it down to the 3 top rated vendors and ultimately decided to go with Chuy's Tacos. The other two vendors just had me submit forms with a long list of options and selections by price (feeling overwhelmed) and emailed me back the quotes. It was very hard to reach them by phone. Ramiro at Chuy's Tacos immediately answered my call and took the time to break down the details and options. He was very laid back, no pressure, and made everything very simple. He quoted me a very reasonable rate and included just about everything you'd expect at a taco bar. It's like he's done this so many times, he knew exactly what his customers expected from a top notch food vendor. Fast forward to May 5th, my goodness was I blown away by Ramiro and his crew. They arrived early and patiently waited until the students were dismissed from school. They set up pretty quickly and managed to serve 400 guests within 45min! The line moved very fast, zero complaints and all compliments about how the tacos (asada, pastor and chicken) were amazingly tasty not to mention the sides (rice, grilled vegetables, beans, chips, salsa). They even grilled cheese quesadillas and horchata for everyone and popsicles for all the students! Highlights: Best service, really good rates, no long waits for food, and most of all the tacos were hands down one of the best I've had. If you need a good taco vendor, but aren't sure about the customer service, food or prices, save yourself time and just go with Chuys!!! read more

The food was so good that people couldn't stop staking about it. The staff had everything rolling by the agreed up start time and they were able to take orders quickly so a line of 20 people had to only wait a few minutes. I was very impressed. They catered a small backyard party at my house. Staff was friendly, professional, on time with set up. No issues at all. Everyone loved the food - tacos which included three types of meat - asada, chicken and pastor, quesadillas that could be stuffed with cheese, or meat and cheese, and grilled jalapenos stuffed with cheese, their version of poppers! A few different salsas, onions, cilantro, radishes, sour cream, guacamole sauce, limes and chipotle sauce were included, along with chips. And can't forget the beans and rice.
