Very poor customer service, not very knowledgeable employees on the phone, and as others have experienced didn't show up for appointments. It seems now that there is a lot of work available to companies, if you don't have a big enough job Or make it "worth their time" they just completely ignore you in the building trade. This company while initially spoke like they would consider my fence job, chose to not show up for appointments and not return my follow-up phone calls.
