They had to remove a 6x6 post along with remnants of some other fence post that was here from long ago. They performed a very nice neat clean job. They showed up when they said they would and did exactly everything by the book which also means filing permits and arranging inspections which is always PITA. From the 3 bids I got they were not the most expensive nor the cheapest but what they were was responsive and followed through with their work which is rare to find a residential contractor like this in Florida. We got our estimate fast and were scheduled for our new fence a few months later. This delay was completely understandable considering how much damage there was in our area. With my last fence installation (less than 2 years ago) I thought perhaps the double gate system was less than stellar, but I did not complain. This, however, is about Casique, not them. Not only did Jose and Kanisha both come quickly to assess (in person) the issue, but they also offered an extremely fair price and, most importantly, service within days! Not weeks, not months, days. I realize writing this that it will not always be the case, as I hope they get more work than they ever expected, but their concern, and empathy are astounding. In this day and age, customer service is imperative for every single business, and that is where they equally excel! I say equally, because the finished product is an order of magnitude better than the previous, came with a custom-created metal frame for rigidity, and the proper number of dropdowns. The construction is obviously superior. If you find yourself needing fences, gates, or anything that Jose and Kanisha do, you would be best served in giving them the business and letting them make you as thrilled as we are.
