When I asked her to not do that she got even more flustered and told me to just email for any further information and that she was not talking to me over the phone. Sounds like she's inviting me for a fight. I am a grown woman with a spouse and children. I do not fight. Not once was I rude I was simply asking questions that she seemed unable to answer. If that's the way you do business it isn't right. I feel attacked and threatened by your receptionist. I wish she had the humility to understand we are in a crisis and being rude and insensitive was not helpful at all.
