Most importantly, he was able to show us apartments that weren't even publicly available yet, so we were the first to see them. When he did answer me just once from the few phone calls, he quickly went off the second he answered on a rude attitude for calling to buy a house. Neither does his office return messages back nor does he even bother to help. I got to a showing early due to the fact I live 3 minutes away in the same area, while in their defense our realtor got there 15 min late (I timed it.) The agent showing the home was by far the most disrespectful & rude person I have met in the real estate business.
