Review 19/22 for the year 2022! Pojďme Wow I cant believe I am almost at 22 reviews and I still have so many more places to review, thats good yall. It keeps me busy :P Ok ill be honest, I saw the reviews and I was like....oh dear baby jesus..... is it really that bad there..... well only one way to find out.... lets go and see! So When I was maybe 10 or 11 my dad would bring the whole family here to enjoy pizza and I am telling you guys this place has changed! I clearly remember coming here and they still had a smoking and a non-smoking section! Before you say anything I am not that old ok! The city of Forest Hill did not get on the ball about banning indoor smoking till way after a lot of the other big cities. So yeah, now that I cleared that up lets get back to the review. I came here one day after work with an open mind but with low expectations haha. I saw some of the employees inside working and saw the restaurant had customers but did not seem super busy. When I walked I probably waited like 3 minutes before a Hispanic lady came to the register. She ask me what I wanted (no hello, no hi welcome to cicis no nothing lol) the best part was that she talked to me in Spanish. I was a little taken back because usually when people see me not everyone assumes I speak Spanish but she knew lol. I honestly love that she was comfortable enough to ask in Spanish but she knew English because I responded back that way. Anyways, I show her my coupon and she accepted it yay! I was reading that most restaurants would not but yay she did. I pay and make my way down the pizza buffet and everything is clean and fully stocked! There was soup, noodles and pasta sauce up first; check. There were plenty of plates and bowl to grab at the beginning of the buffet line; check. The variety of pizza was all there, the peperoni, cheese alfredo, Hawaiian (my favorite and if you dont agree with pineapple on pizza we can fight haha). The pizza all looked fresh and I saw them making more pizza as i walked down the buffet line. The salad station was beautiful, everything was refilled and well organized I had to take a picture *points to picture attached to this review*. Then I took a seat on a table near the soda station and I felt kind of bad sitting there because it looked like that whole section had just been cleaned. I sat down anyways since it was just me and the food tasted great, the salad was fresh and the restaurant was clean. I saw that the majority of the staff was Hispanic and that reflected on their choice of TV channels haha. One TV had the local univison with the 8pm novela showing (love it! Aprender a olvidar el pasado is not my favorite one but ill do). The other Tv had a soccer game/BMX showing. During my meal the same Hispanic lady (I assume she was the manager in charge) that greeted me came by my table twice and asked how everything was. I was like WOW, I dont think I ever been to a cicis where the manager in charge has come around and asked how my meal was. Then later when I was finishing my meal she came to my table and started making small talk, I enjoyed that. I was getting ready to leave and before I left I saw them cranking out more pizzas and saw 2 employees wiping down tables and taking out the trash. Once again, wow, it was so clean here. What I did not like was that the salad dressing bottles had a small opening so I only was able to get a small drizzle of ranch on my salad. The second time I went up to the salad bar I did notice a different bottle of ranch that had a bigger opening so I was able to get more dressing that time. I also did noticed they did not have bacon bits, not a bid deal just worth a mentioned. The pizza were good but I wish they had some more brownies made because when I went there were only a handful of pieces left and no corner pieces. *tear* In the end I really enjoyed eating here, the manager was great, the customers were well behaved and the food was fresh. Ngl this place was basically was our comfort zone to be but not childhood we come in here to eat but that was a few years ago it was cool place when I was there and it was chill I wouldn't say that the service was great at that time but it was still enjoyable when I was coming in but it's been 2-3 years since I ate inside but I still enjoy this place I just order online and they never mess up my food I always get the cinnamon rolls pack or the Brownies that comes with the pizzas but other than that this place has never gave me an issue. read more

They were closing when we had arrived , we were leaving from a birthday party that ended kind of late, but they still welcomed us in and even asked if we had any special requests on pizzas that they could make us before they started cleaning and shutting down the equipments. They were putting away the salad bar when we walked in but because my daughter mentioned how she wanted some salad , the manager gladly pulled enough out for us to have some . Living by so many locations, I've never been to a cici's pizza before , but this one particular location has made me a fan. The manager who you could tell was tired and had also mentioned that he was on his 10th day in a row of working due to lack of staff , still maintained an upbeat and pleasant attitude. We held small conversation , discussing the struggles with trying to obtain workers in this "nobody wants to work " economy, however everyone wants to go out to eat but treats the workers like crap. Something I can relate to for I work in the same field . He told us that if we didn't mind them cleaning around us as they prepared to close we could take our time eating . We enjoyed our food and got out their way. I highly recommend this location, and I hope that things get better for this location as far as staffing . read more

Absolutely horrible!! Do not buy here ! We made an order online, paid, & when we went to pick up the order at the location, the employee said someone else had picked it up already. What!! Not that it matters, but the order name was to a women's name, & they let a man pick it up. They also charged my account two times, rounding up to a total of $100 !! And never refunded the money. The manager and employee were rude, stating that it was not their fault! When I called & spoke to the employee that gave away the order they stated "I gave it to the Doordash guy." What¿?¿? it was an order on the WEBSITE. Not doordash. Insane, & full of stupidity. the management is horrible, stop employing incompetent beings . read more

All the pizza was cold not good my wife ask for a hamburger pizza she never got it until I had to ask something not right with the staff not sure which one is the manager but since I had to give them something it was a 1 star sad guess we will have to go way to Haltom City to get great CiCi service read more

This is a trashy establishment with trashy ignorance running it. I walked in, asking if they had cheese pizza, the little boy at the front desk had to walk away to get a manger whom didn't seem to want to sell food to me. I asked about cheese pizza he pointed at the two pieces that were there on display which were Alfredo cheese pizza not traditional cheese pizza. I mentioned and the individual points at the dinners and said I'll make cheese pizza when they ask for it! If I could give 0 stars, I would. I filled out the form for my son to have a pepperoni pizza, because the three pieces they had on the line looked really old. They then told me that there was a pepperoni pizza on the buffet. I told them that it looks old, they said they just put a fresh one out. I went back-no fresh pepperoni. I mentioned it to them and then they put one out. I put in an order for a barbecue pizza for myself, was handed a buzzer. 20 minutes later went up to ask where it was and it was handed me from under the counter rudely by what I assume to be a manager wearing a light blue shirt. I was here on June 3rd at 6:16 PM if anybody from corporate wants to look into why their managers are treating your customers rudely. I then told him that their customer service is below par tonight, I was not treated like they wanted me to come back....he gave me a blank stare. I have kids so I've been to Cici's all over Texas and Florida actually, You can't beat the price and family atmosphere. This one however the staff isn't the most friendly, a lot of time they won't make your special orders for the buffet, they pretty much give you what they have, cheese, pepperoni etc. I've been there a couple times and its the same every time. Dirty and crowded. Not in the best area. read more
