Serious Pizza... more like SERIOUSLY SLOW. We walked in around 6:10pm on a Wednesday and it was pretty dead, so we thought easy win. We came specifically because they offer both vegan and non vegan options which is perfect for us. We were told 35 minutes. Fine. An hour later we are starving after a run in the heat and still no food. I check in and get told 12 more minutes. Breadsticks come out for my husband. Still no pizza. At this point the place starts filling up and you can see smaller orders come out like one slice pizza orders , while ours is nowhere in sight. After waiting even longer, I ask again. The cashier says 5 minutes, but the cook makes it obvious our order has not even been started. It felt like orders were being made at random, not in order, like the guy was making whatever he felt like . We finally got our food at 8:00pm. Yes, almost two hours later for one pizza and breadsticks. We ordered an 18 inch half vegan half deluxe and breadsticks, about $40. Add another $6.60 for parking, which is a mess by the way. By the time we got the food we were so over it we didn't even take a photo. Pizza was meh . I appreciate having vegan options, but I also appreciate a place that can manage a basic dinner service & train staff properly. The bathrooms were dirty, the tables were sticky, even the table number was sticky. Not a great look. This was a frustrating experience from start to finish and unfortunately not somewhere we would come back to. One star is generous. First of all, they have parallel parking on the side of the building. This is a very nice perk. You can just zoom into a spot. There's more parking in the back as well . The Margherita would have been better without the balsamic glaze. They have cool sodas they make at the restaurant which were neat to try. The strawberry soda smelled like strawberry jello. The flavor is less sugary than I thought it would be and was enjoyable to drink. Prices are pretty reasonable if you buy a full pizza. Ok! I'm a big pizza lover and this place has BIG pizza! It's brand new and just doing a soft open right now, so don't be like Nathan Y and expect to go in and have anything be perfect. The location is smaller than i expected which isn't ideal with very limited parking available, not sure it's right for this place but we'll see. A friend and I went there today for lunch and each ordered a pepperoni slice $5.75 each and a drink. They do serve bottles and cans of beer but on 7th they'd be better off serving tap local Brees I think. Our food came out quickly and the slices were huge and tasty, a good value for the price too. While we were sitting at our table we could watch them making pizzas including the seriously large pizza which is literally seriously large!!! It's mostly a novelty type place that you wanna get once in awhile just to have that gigantic pizza Lol, the pizza is tasty but there are definitely better pizza spots here in fort worth.
