We have gone to this CICI's for the last time, I don't see how they stay open. Everything about the experience was absolutely terrible. The lady checking us in charged us for drinks that we did not want and then said she did not know how to refund our money. We finally got in touch with the manager who was off and they agreed to give us cash back. The lady that helped us walked over and sat it on the table, when we thanked her she walked off. The pizza was slow to come out and just plain poorly made. Not sure if they have lowered their standards but the pizza tastes like it. The salad bar was empty of salad and the dressings looked like someone mixed them all together, just gross Do yourself a favor. We get to the food, it's hard and stale, even "freshly cooked". The card reader had the audacity to ask for a tip. A tip for what exactly? Half your staff was with their kids eating with baby shark blaring the whole time we ate. The brownies crumbled to almost nothing when you picked them up. Staff attitude was crap. Overall great place, the food was good, service was fast, and the environment was quiet but overall good! They were slow when we went. The only complaint is that there were a lot of tables and some of the ground that was not clean; although they were in the midst of getting things cleaned, even windows. First, and last time to this location. We were only passing through headed back home, and stopped in for lunch. The restaurant was NOT at all crowded, but the buffet was empty most of the time we dined in. So as far as moneys worth deffinately not worth it. The bathrooms were deffinately not well kept and to top it off there was NO TOILET PAPER to use the bathroom with. This was kind of embarrassing. Worst Cici's I've ever experienced and I love this franchise. Service was awful. No pizzas at all. Slow at getting them out there. Selection was dreadful. Table after table was filthy in a place that was 2/3 empty. Salad bar was pitiful. Hardly anyone spoke English well enough to understand us. Flippant attitude from manager. They just did not care! Just overall poor management and a disgrace to the franchise and name. We will NEVER eat here again and will tell anyone and everyone I know to avoid this place like the plague! Figured we would try it one last time. But again very disappointed! I'll start by saying when we paid the young man at the desk inform the cashier that the 2 young ladies behind us could come in free! Just curious why if they get in free everyone doesn't? I've been to much nicer locations in bigger cities. This location; pizza lacks in variety, the floors and tables look as though they've never been cleaned, the bathroom is far from sanitary... This list just goes on and on. I can't tell if it's the management, lazy employees or maybe lack of employees. When going to a restaurant you're going for not only the food but the atmosphere as well... The people that go into this establishment let their kids run wild, they push through you as if the food is going to run out; one woman almost trampled my 5 year old trying to pile as much food as she could on her plate... Overall it's lacking on variety, atmosphere and of course cleanliness. I guess the upside to our visit would be that my daughter did enjoy herself. I've never quite been able to figure it out. I guess it's the price that draws everyone here. The pizza is okay. 6/18/15....Never again!!!! Salad was the only thing good to eat. All the Pizza's were not up to Cici's standards. There are employees children that are there, making such a mess of the place. One small child was playing with the ice machine and ice cubes going on the floor. The pizza is usually fresh and tasty. However, the restaurant was absolutely disgusting. Food on the walls, the floor felt like it had been mopped with grease. I was literally sliding on the floor. The salad bar was warm and it looked like the salad dressing dispensers hadn't been cleaned since Idk when. There were filthy tables everywhere and the ac felt like it was out. It had to be at least 85 degrees in there. A worker had her children in there while she was on the clock and they were running as well as eating as much pizza as they pleased. ABSOULUTLEY DISGUSTING!!!! My boyfriend and I are from Colorado and here for school. We had high expectations for the restaurant and were completely disappointed. There was pizza sauce all over the walls at the booth we were sitting in. The service was awful. And they do not have forks and would not bring out any for our salads. It also smells like ass. I have worked in restaurants my entire high school and college career and have never seen so many employees NOT take pride in there work.
