Went here last night at 7:45 , me , my husband and 4 children. By 8 pm they had the chairs put up and stopped making pizza for the buffet, the cheese sticks were just stacked on eachother from previous order making them stick together. The building was clean. We got there right before dinner so there wasn't too many people there, but come 6:30/7 woooo the building was getting packed. The salad bar is always great, the pizza was good, and the desserts are yummy as well! If you want to make sure you always have food at the buffet I would not go before the dinner rush. Therefore- I stopped by and got two takeout medium pizzas, one white spinach with mushrooms and onions, the other a Mac and cheese version. The two starts is for the food. Standard CiCi's. Cheap but a little subpar in the taste department. Crust tender, but bland. Overall product lackluster. The shining light was that the two young girls helping me with my order were bubbly and friendly. They really seemed to enjoy being there and helping customers. This is a good place for young families with hungry kids. The place was clean and had an arcade and tv to keep kids involved. I used to love Cicis Pizza then a few years back they became bland. I just went to the Temple location and was amazed! The pizzas were awesome Great selection even several desert pizzas that were exceptional. The salad was fresh and offered a good selection. Pros: Price. You can feed a family of four for $20. Cons: Pizza is mediocre at best. Nobody goes here because they love the taste of the pizza. It's all about the cost. But my main complaint is how dirty the place is. Every time we go the floors are a mess. We just went a couple days ago. On the floor, beside our table, strips of cheese, a couple ground up pepperonis, the table had crumbs every where. Why not just do a quick five minute sweep of the floor every couple hours? And holy cow. Do NOT go in the bathroom. My boyfriend said the men's bathroom probably hadn't been cleaned in a month. The floor was actually wet from urine. The hours on the door say they are open until 10:00pm but on 08/06/19 they shut down buffet and foodservice at 8:25pm with 15-20 customers still eating in the dining room. At 8:30 I witnessed a family turned away from the front counter because the buffet had already been cleaned and closed. I literally only come here because it is super cheap and now the only pizza buffet in Temple! Even though it is the only pizza buffet in Temple I refuse to eat here again! Last couple of visits have been absolutely horrible! The noodles were soggy and mushy, the pizza is very blah and the place is always filthy with rude staff! This is a pizza buffet and the price is so cheap. So my only complaint is that it should have a thorough cleaning. I cannot eat much but what I do try is fresh and good. My kids also do not waste and only eat about 2 plates. I still feel that we have such a bargain. I see families eating sooo much and wasting even more I feel bad for paying only $6/$7. Service is minimal but fine. I always tip but see others just not sympathetic of kids working for minimum wage. read more

Dirty.. Tables were not being cleaned, buffet area was dirty, floors were dirty.. Needed to be swept and mopped.. No sauces for pasta.. Tea was empty told.. Food was over cooked. But the thing that really pissed me off was that they had so many workers that were not doing nothing. They need to fire everybody in there since nobody wants to step up and make this establishment live up to customers expectations of what Cicis is highly disappointed. A terrible place to eat. This use to be one of the best deals in town. Back in the day they used to yell welcome to Cicis, now your lucky if you get the correct change. The salad bar wasn't bad, but the pizza was dried up and not much of anything, and what was on the buffet didn't even look like Pizza. I can remember the days when you could walk in get welcomed, pay for the meal(s), get a salad, and if you didn't see what you wanted, they would make a pizza for you and deliver it to your table.And when you left it was always thanks for coming. Not anymore, when I asked the High School Girl to make me a pizza, she said I had to wait for some to be put on the Buffet, I literally had to stand at the buffet line and wait for some fresh pizza to be placed on the line. If I didn't wait, the snot nose kids, would be all over the buffet. There was a time you would not see young kids at the buffet, without the mom or dad, Hell, today, a young mother literally checked her baby's dipper at a table . The pizza was cold and hard as if it had been sitting for days. Then a man brought his dog into the restaurant and the manager didn't even care it was not a seeing eye dog that's great that's exactly what you want a dog around all the food you're about to eat. There were also lots of people coughing and sneezing and I'm sure they did it on the food. Cleanliness is an issue. The busboy splatters dirty dish juices onto you and your table since they clean tables via a pushcart! The Georgetown Cici's brings the dirty dishes to the bus cart parked in the back of the restaurant, away from those just sitting down to eat fresh food. Also all utensils are dirty!!!
