This is a typical Dominos I assume, I haven't ate much dominos thinking back many years but this location is right around the corner from my house and very convenient when I'm in a pinch for quick pizza or wings when I'm short on time. I've ordered curbside three or four times over the last few months and it's always been ready on time and brought out within a minute or two of parking. Ordered a pan pizza with beef, extra beef, chicken, olives, and mushrooms. The pizza tasted good, but the toppings were severely lacking even though I ordered and paid for extra beef! This is not the first time this has happened! If I do buy from Domino's again, it won't be for pizza! At least their wings and desserts were good. read more

I Understand they have different Domino's in different areas but if the one is in your area that is bad and you call another one!! they should deliver to you even if the customer is willing to pay extra!!!!! because the Dominos in his area sucks/ ghetto/ nasty on 31st street.. so with that being said this domino location sucks as well.. Everyone loves a good pizza pie with awesome toppings. I am 41, lord knows I love a great pizza. But what happened here is beyond the required daily allowance. My daughter and I found a Baby Roach in the pizza, I saw a speck and legs and dug it out from under the cheese. Sorry, but I did not order that Topping, even if it is free at no charge. We called and spoke with the manager, who proceeded to tell us his passion for the business, how he used to be an engineer and that his restaurant was the first in his region to get a 100% on their inspections. I sincerely believe in his conviction and pride however, stuff happens, and it did here. He went on to tell us that the bug could not have come from his eatery and that we will need to contact headquarters! What happened to listening to the customer, and empathizing and making it right? Really, well here are the pics. I am in the culinary industry myself; I don't go around placing bugs in food to get it free, just not something in my bag of tricks. I am flabbergasted at the insult. You know, I am not going to cry over $25, Ill just simply inform the public of what happened with my interactions at this establishment! From now on, ill just make my own (I am a chef after all) @ 4pm, called HQ, case opened, said it was a franchise and will forward to the appropriate persons. We will update you when they offer a resolution @ 2pm on 6/26 HQ franchise HQ reached out and sincerely apologized and refunded the full bill. They emailed me a confirmation. We waited at the window for 10 mins and were not greeted. We drove around to try to go inside to pick up our order, however were unable to do so. We call and we're told to drive back around to where we waited an additional 10 minutes for our pizza. Worst service, and pizza was assembled with very minimal toppings. We will NOT be returning to this Domino's location . read more

Ordered online. Received call from store saying they didn't deliver to my location, but would refund my money. The store that DOES deliver to my location refused to answer the phone even though they're supposed to still be open. 2 charges on my account & no pizza! Unacceptable! UPDATE! After complaining & being contacted by the district manager, all charges have been removed from my card. He was even nice enough to credit me what I'd ordered the night before. It was another location in Temple, so I can't speak on how good this locations pizza is, but the order arrived on time & was delicious! Thank you for making right, Dominoes! read more

Lots of people love a good pizza, including me, An 18 year old girl and aspiring chef. However I do not enjoy extra crunchy items on my pizza that I did not order. I was serving up my dad his pizza and he found a baby roach in the cheese. He had to dig it out with his fork because only the legs and head was visible. We called and spoke with the manager, who proceeded to tell us his passion for the business, how he used to be an engineer and that his restaurant was the first in his region to get a 100% on their inspections. Instead of taking responsibility for what happened, he tried to pass it off and tell us there was no way the bug was in the pizza when he gave it to us, and that we would have to contact headquarters. I will NEVER order from Dominos again. My pizza had so much grease that it was running out of the carriers bag and he didn't even offer anything to help or to replace it there was so much grease/watery type juice that the bottom of the box was falling a part in that short of time. Ordered a pizza online from S. 31st street Dominos in Temple. THIRTY + minutes later I get a call from the Dominos on west Adams saying that s. 31st st had transferred my order to them. They asked for my card number again and then said it would be another 30-45 minutes. I cancelled the order but should have gotten my pizza for free. Ridiculous service. My wife and I come here quite often for the pan pizza, Double pepperoni and stuffed cheesy bread. I love that it's only a few minutes away from our house and they deliver. Open till 12am. I wish they had crushed red pepper , I guess I can always buy my own bottle to keep at home. The customers here are always friendly and polite.
