We went to this place on Sunday March 30-2025, for my kids 4th birthday , we didn't rent a room as we did his birthday party with friends yesterday . This place was great !!! I'm not sure what other people are complaining about .... Prices were totally worth it , no complaints with the pricing ! This place has so much to do for the kids ( and technically adults too) as there is no age limit per the signs !!!! Trampolines everywhere , foam pit, giant play place thing , an arcade , indoor go karts , not sure what more you could ask for !! The prices for food were extremely reasonable , and for the drinks ! (Beer for the adults ). Staff was constantly walking around monitoring the kids and the wristbands! All the staff was friendly . My kids had a great time ! I don't see a reason why we won't be back to revisit here !! We got here at 11am by the time we left at 2 it was super busy , but still an unbelievable amount of space to where it wasn't packed in like sardines !!! Good times!!!!! Bought the silver pass for 4 kids that cost $115. The pass included everything except for the go karts, so the more expensive passes are basically just for you to waste your money on. Plus having to pay for a game card for the arcade. Overpriced, even with military discount. Bad location in a ghost town mall. Dirty facility that seems too big for the small group of workers present to clean. Unsupervised sections, workers mostly hang out in the food/check in station. Bad lighting that makes the building seemed both 80s themed and sad. Small ball pit in front of playground unsanitary. Trampoline run down and almost broken. Will not come again. read more

This is the go to place for kids! It is actually a core memory for my 4yr daughter, her first two word combo was trampoline park! It was her favorite place when she was 2 and still is at 4! There are always plenty of friends to play with and a million and one things to keep them active and burning energy! The playing is great but the staff is better, they are what make the place! Sure some of the staff the trampoline park is their first job and might need friendly guidance from time to time, but I nor my party have even been denied anything, needs neglected or not felt welcome! Just visited for the second time with my five year old friend. We stayed for three hours and she had a BLAST. Sure you can spend a lot of money if you want to play a lot of arcade games. But the admission price for her was reasonable for the time and activities she enjoyed. And it cost Zero for me to enter as I was not participating in the physical activities. It can get a little nuts sometimes with a pack of older kids take over an area, but on this day they were well supervised. Plus it is easy for her to move on to another area. If I could give this place less than a star, I would. I went in and did an hour of jumping with my kids. That went fine. Then we went to the arcade...I spent $50 on two game cards for my kids. The first two times the games took my money, staff put the funds back on my card. As it continued to take my money, staff refused to give any kind of refund. We ended up being about to play about $12 worth of games when I spent $50. I highly recommend going to an arcade where more than 1/3 of their machines don't eat your money. Stay away. read more

Great place to let the kiddos release some energy. Prices are decent for the amount of activities available. Be sure NOT to purchase the GOLD pass if your little one is under 41" because you will over pay like we did, I wish the lady at the front desk would have mentioned it since she did see my little one was too small to do 99% of the listed activities. Overall the play area appeared clean, the restrooms could use a better cleaning, especially the urinal area in the men's, I can't speak for the women's restroom. The staff was nice, but communication was lacking, for example, I wanted to buy a game card but the machine wasn't dispensing cards so I ask the front desk and they said they didn't sell them and referred me to the prize kiosk, and the gentleman there told me he could sell me one either, so $60.00 bucks gone for the business. I did like it and will go again next time I'm in town. Fix the the communication and machines and a 5 star review is possible. read more

me and my two friends came back to this place to have the same fun we had last time but little did we know that we were going to be met with disrespectful staff and the wait just to get a wrist band was over 30 min not to mention that there were only 2 people working at the register also all THE STAFF WERE LITERALLY ALL EITHER IN THE BREAK ROOM OR JUST LOUNGING AROUND AT THE FRONT DESK we were also given an attitude whenever we tried to buy something but aside from that we played for a while and some time has passed and we were started to have Some laughs with one of the staff members his name was JJ but after we had some fun we got confronted by one of the staff members and she said that we were being disruptive but she never said when or what we did to be disruptive and then I asked her what did we do? And she didn't respond after she left I heard her say the she was going to call the cops on US! even though we never did anything and mind you me and my friends were MINORS she eventually left and never called the cops then we went back to playing and CAMP UP TO US AGAIN! And said we were being disruptive yet again!!! Even though we were playing on the trampolines and haven't done anything else since! After she told us the same thing again I asked her again what did we do Wrong and she didn't answer me!!! she left and then got all the older male staff members to confront us and we got kicked out FORCEFULLY EVEN THOUGH WE COMPLIED when we got pushed out into the parking lot I told them that i CANT LEAVE WITHOUT MY PARENTS and they said *WE DONT CARE YOUR BEING TRESPASSED* and once we got outside and I kept asking why would you do that!?!??! And they said *BECAUSE YOUR DUMB, KID!* I just brushed it off and left with my parents and my two friends, and that was it. aside from that I just won't be going back for a while but until then I suggest everyone who wants to have fun and stay safe to not go to this park! *Also after playing in the park for a while me and my Friends found damaged equipment and almost all of the top or bottom of the attractions were either rally dirty or dusty so they DEFINITELY NEED TO CLEAN THE PARK MORE THAN HOW THEY REGULARLY CLEAN IT! read more

Great concept ... terribly run operation. 3 people ran the snack bar. 1 guy ( best male employee in the place ) ran the front desk and prize counter, 1 gal ( best female in the place ) ran the go carts, bumper cars and laser tag. 4 others either stood around uselessly bs'ing with each other or walked aimlessly around on their cells or earbuds. It seems like there was NO mgmt in the place as kids/parents waited for someone to run bumper cars, duck pin, laser tag, go carts etc etc. This could be a totally awesome place if someone have a cr#p about customer service and giving the public what they pay for. My kids didnt reveive the entire package that we paid for... which was disappointing to say the least. A solid mgr onsite would help the issues stated above. read more

Came and spent $100 on jump bands for my children. Ordered wings, drink and fries and the girl working the eats counter said she would call our name when it was ready. I waited 30 minutes (checked back twice for my food) and finally walked over a third time and my food was sitting out. I let her know our name wasn't called and she said with a bad attitude she called me. I told her cancel the order and refund my money and the manager said we can't refund card transactions only cash. She was also ZERO help. I asked if there was a corporate number and she declined and said it's private owner. So here we are waiting an hour later for them to bring out the remade order. read more

Brought my 6 and 3 year old daughters here and they had a blast. Facility is kept up and very clean. Staff is friendly and offers military discount as well. There's plenty of space to spread out and they also have pool tables ! We will return as my kids had a blast. Definitely our favorite trampoline park. read more

I thought it was the last of thi individual but on one fine evening i was in the arcade and i ask myself "is it raining?" clearly not. I look to my right at the wrong moment and see this fucking bulldozer CHARGING to the front desk where 10 innocent customers are awaiting service. We had a birthday party planned for March 28th and put $200 down. The requirement was $75 and total was $400. We planned this prior to COVID-19 and we did not cancel the party. The company called and cancelled our party. When speaking with them they advised that they would credit the $125 over the amount of $75 that was required to reserve our spot. There was a disagreement about that, due to them not saying anything or having a disclaimer about an "act of God" being a reason they could cancel on their agreement or website until COVID-19 came about. We were advised by Heather to call the main headquarters number to have reconciliation, and no one would ever make contact with us after five attempts. So, I made contact with Heather again and she still stated that she would credit the $125 balance over the required $75. I did not agree this was right, but was willing to settle with this to end the frustration of working with this company. When we had not heard from the company about receiving the $125 credit in a month time frame, I made contact with Heather again about the credit. Heather has now told me that there is no record of us making the deposit of $200 toward a party. This company has been an utter disgrace to work with and an embarrassment to the community in which I live. The date of rental was March 28. 2020. I have been waiting since prior to the rental, when the company cancelled the party for resolution to this matter in which they have decided to "forget" about me being a customer. read more

We frequent here just about every other week. My 4 year old always has a blast. We LOVE Miss Heather!! She takes care of us wherever we go whether it be for wrist bands and socks, snacks, or redeeming our tickets. There's a wide variety of things to do ranging from infants all the way up to adults.
