Food was amazing, staff was attentive, the restaurant was clean, and it was overall an amazing meal and experience!

Absolutely terrible service. No pizza on the line. Filed a complaint and this is what, I presume the store manager replied with. No matter how I try to lead them to put my guest first, they seem to all forget after I walk out the door. Just to let you know there will be some changing faces in our store as we spring clean and advance our team in the coming weeks. I hope to see a massive "old school" improvement to the team sounds like the regional manager should clear out this locations GM if that's his response to a customer... I can only imagine his lack of leadership with his team. No wonder they sucked so bad. read more

So we came to Tyler to check on our cousin in ICU. After leaving the hospital, My husband drops of me and our daughters and his cousin's daughter, who's dad is in the hospital, off at CiCi's while he went to run errands for the family. The two girls brought their phones and my daughter brought in her Nintendo switch. She drops one of the controller's on the way to the drink station and stops to pick it up. When she makes it to the drink station she tells me that some man asked her if the switch was hers. The next thing I know the man approaches us at the drink station asking to see her switch. Apparently his son is missing his. I tell him that it is her switch and that we literally just got here. He keeps asking to see the screen of her switch anyway. I start to get upset and tell him that we don't have to prove anything to him and ask him to please get away from us. The manager comes from out back and ask if there's is a problem. I tell her this strange man is accusing my daughter of taking his son's switch. She offers to show him the security cameras and just then the cashier just happens walk over with his son's switch. He tried to apologize and tells me that a the cashier told him that my daughter had his son's switch. I nodded and said okay to avoid getting more upset in front of the girls, but IT'S NOT OKAY!!! The whole situation was ridiculous and should've never happened. My daughter was accused of stealing something that she didn't even have the time or opportunity to take in the first place. I'm pissed that it was so easy for her to accuse my baby and for him to believe because we are black (you can be blind and think that race had nothing to do with it but this is not my first encounter with racism, I know what it looks like). I don't appreciate a strange man approaching my 10 year old daughter alone and accusing her of stealing instead of asking her parent first and I definitely don't appreciate the cashier, who watched us walk in and rang us up, lying on my daughter who she knew walked in with the switch from the beginning. I was so upset that I couldn't even eat the meal I paid for. After all that I asked the manager for a refund for the buffet that I DID NOT eat and was told that she is no allowed to give refunds. After all the trouble her employee caused by accusing my daughter who literally had just walked in, watched me pay for her meal and walked over to the drink station with us. I don't understand when she thought my child would have had time to steal a switch. I am extremely upset that our little girls had to witness racism at such a young age. Needless to say we will NEVER visit this location again. CiCi's will be lucky if we don't boycott the whole company. This was the absolute worst customer service experience EVER!!! I spent over 15 years working in food service and have never worked for a manager that would've handled this situation so poorly. There is NO EXCUSE! Also I'm hindsight it appeared as if the cashier found the game system prior to our arrival and planned to keep it. Only after a scene that she instigated ensued occurred did she miraculously find the switch at the front counter. Again I am extremely upset by the way me and my family were treated. The worse. I walk in and get a buffet because i was obviously hungry and as soon as i walk into the place. They have ZERO fresh pizza, everything was cold and old. Then i ordered a custom pizza and they barely had sauce on it. I threw the whole thing away and wasted 6$ read more

This is my toddlers favorite restaurant so we come often. I love that we can custom order pizzas to our liking. They always accommodate our request to use a clean pizza cutter when slicing our pizza. Their bbq chicken pizza is absolutely addicting and I can eat an entire one all on my own! I only wish the salad bar had more options. Other than that, it's great. read more

I went on August 25th 2018 and the cashier was rude to my sister for how the payment went. The pizza line was empty. The salad bar was a mess. The ranch dressing tasted spoiled and I ended up in the ER today with food poisoning. The service was horrible. I will not recommend this place to anyone. read more

Excellent service! We took 40 students plus teachers and parents to eat at this location while on a school field trip. They kept the buffet full the whole time. We never had to ask for anything. read more

Been coming here with my family for years and it has improved steadily over time. They have added a more extensive salad bar with pasta salad. They have two kinds of soup and basically any pizza you want. If they don't have the pizza you want all you have to do is ask and they will make it for you and bring it to your table. My son ordered the Mac and cheese pizza once. They also have dipping sauces, marinara and Alfredo as much as you like. The prices are decent too. $5.99 adult buffet. Drinks are separate. I have an app called Bazing on my phone with discounts, because I'm a south side bank customer. There is a Cici's Pizza coupon on the app, buy 1 adult buffet and 2, 32oz drinks get one adult buffet free. They also have dessert pizza, brownies and cinnamon rolls. Sweet tea, Un sweet tea and soda fountain with coke products. There is a game room and TV's for entertainment. The restrooms and the entire dining room appear to be very clean. read more

I am a big fan of CiCi's pizza. This particular store is no exception, it's clean, the food is good and the service is friendly. The last couple times I visited this store, the cinnamon rolls were burnt on the bottom, and since that is the highlight of my Cici's experience I was rather disappointed. That's why this store only get 4 stars. Sometimes they don't always have the pizza you want but you can just ask for it and they will bring you out a couple of slices. But overall, I recommend Cici's to any lovers of pizza, and lots of it! read more

My sister, brother in law, and I went to the restaurant on SE Loop 323 yesterday as a treat for my sister. My brother in law has mouth cancer, has had to have his teeth removed, and is finishing up 5 weeks of chemo and 7 weeks of radiation therapy. He cannot eat solid food and was simply going to set with us while we ate since he is to frail to set in a car by himself. My sister ordered a buffet and told the clerk and manager that he wouldn't be eating. They said we would still have to pay for a buffet for him since some people say that and will eat. We talked and tried to explain that there is no way he could eat, but it fell on deaf ears. Simply looking at him, they could tell how sick he is. Needless to say we left without eating and are shocked and offended by how insensitive these people were. read more
