The food was okay. I don't frequent this city or location very often except as a meeting point between me and my son's father for visits. I recall this location being busier and having more variety several years ago. The tables and floor were clean, and empty plates were picked up quickly. The variety was minimal, and while I know I could ask for a different pizza, I was only here to dine and move out, not for a true leisure meal. (So that's not entirely on them.) The employees were friendly, and food was replaced regularly. My party did not try the game room, as again, this was a visit of obligation, not leisure. The bathrooms were decently clean, but the toilets are their own roller coasters. Please hire a service to clean up, reseat, and reseal the bases of the toilets. That is NOT fun. read more

My family and I visited this establishment this weekend. We were so excited because we haven't seen a Cicis in a long time. I was so grossed out and barely ate a thing at our visit. This place needs to be closed for 48 hours and deep cleaned. I am not even exaggerating. The area by the drinks smelled horrid I had to change our seating which was slim pickings because almost every table was dirty. I will never visit this place again and that makes me sad because we love Cicis. wish they would practice hygiene. It must be nice when you wear your hair out, but should not be loose around food, whipping it around like your some kind a model. It just shows there is no real care to food handling and hygienics. The cici in Athens ga,all the staff wear hats and keep thier hair tucked, which by health code is standard. The staff need to clean the hot bar more often so it does not look like someone's table at home. Floors are always sticky and there is no way the bathrooms are clean that often. In general, I'm not a fan of Cici's. I have been to several in different states (not my choice), and they have all been such a disappointment. This location, however, is BY FAR the best location I've ever been to. Our first choice was closed (July 4th) so the group chose this location (to my dismay). I got excited by the sign saying they had wings but was let down to see they charge for them if you want with your buffet. The location did seem a bit cramped, but that's all the negative things I have to say. All of the employees were very nice and helpful. One of them consistently came by our tables to help clear them since we had a decent number of people. They had plenty of pizza choices for everyone (including those who don't eat pork and those who are vegetarian). One of the employees was very helpful in showing me how to order a customized or specialty pizza. I didn't go to the restrooms, so I can't speak to their cleanliness. A few people in our party went but didn't make any comments about it, so I'm assuming they weren't horrible or great. I go to this location once in awhile. This place has went down hill. When it re-grand open it was very good. Clean and friendly. Now, absolutely a nightmare. The bathrooms are filmed with some kinda thick residue. Even after washing your hands you still felt dirty. The buffet area was dirty and seem like the employees didn't care. The tables were dirty. We had to clean one ourselves. Then went to go get our drinks the back of the restaurant smelled like some poo'd back there. It was awful. Was better with previous owner. New staff is indifferent to anyone, including each other, pizza was not fresh, and when it was, it was so greasy you had to blot it with a napkin. New stuffed crust pizza. .couldn't even try it as they tell the whole restaurant, by yelling across the room, when they put some out and they allowed (twice in one visit) a family of four to run up and take the entire pizza while the other guests stood there and watched. Dessert pizza was cut so thin you got one bite out of a slice....and they no longer take requests (zestt pepperoni?) Cleanliness left a lot to be desired. .sticky floors, dirty restrooms.
