The server was friendly but overwhelmed. Duck tape is not a suitable solution for a ripped booth cushion, and thumbtacks shouldn't be used to hold up wallpaper. The "glasses" were dirty; one had lipstick all around the rim. The salt & pepper shakers and napkin dispenser were crusty. The butter for the pancakes/waffles smelled and tasted spoiled; not enough syrup to get rid of the smell/taste. The "crispy" hash browns were soggy. My husband and I went for Dinner there on Monday night. He ordered a loaded hashbrown dinner and his eggs were not cooked the way he ordered them. I ordered the chopped steak dinner with salad and hashbrown casserole , I had to use 3 napkins to soak up the grease that was pouring all over my plate. The hashbrown casserole was cold as well as the coffee we both had ordered. The waitress only came to our table one time and that was to leave the check and ask if we wanted more coffee, as we were finishing up eating our dinner. I tried to voice my complaint to her and all I got in return was excuses about the coffee maker not properly working and that the grease that was pouring out of my chopped steak was from the gravy, which, being a chef, I knew was a total lie, the grease was in fact coming from the meat. I have been in the restaurant industry for over 20+ years and this was the absolute worse I have had the displeasure of enduring. Very dissatisfied with the staff that night, please, learn to cook and be properly trained before taking the role as a cook. And just for learning purposes, a clean plate is better than sending a dirty, presentation is something you desperately need to learn if you are going to be a cook. Need I forget to mention, when serving a salad to a customer, please make sure that the stalk of the lettuce head is removed, not very professional. read more

It's food, and on an roadtrip from Jacksonville to Atlanta it seemed convenient, however the service was everything but! When we arrived we stood by the door for about 5 minutes without being acknowledged at which point we figured we might as well sit ourselves. Finally we had a waitress come over and leave the menus.once she came back to ask for our drinks, we where ready to order, however she refused to take our order before the table that got there before us. Finally after that table put their order in we're we able to order our food. Once our food came out she dropped it off so quickly and without saying anything that she didn't give us time to ask her for utensils. Oh but wait it gets worse! As we where waiting to pay, she durillos all the to go orders before even looking at us, at this point having 3 other customers waiting to pay. FINALLY we got to pay except right as she was putting the order in a to go order walked in, at which point she dropped what she was doing fulfilled that order making us wait longer. The only sorry we got was from the patron that came to pick up her to go order out of pure disbelief that the waitress left us hanging to do something else. read more

The folks working here are friendly. The reason that I'm giving them 5 stars today is that I had the best breakfast there since we first moved here a year ago. The cook was on point with the way my food was cooked and presented on the plate. I agree with Barbara about the deteriorated service....EXCEPT today!!! I felt like I walked into a new....better service and food experience. I highly recommend that others that may have had a previous bad experience give them another try. So I asked the waitress for the manager because I had a little dispute with wanting to purchase a glass of milk waitress informed me after talking to her manager that they do not sell a small milk which is 12 ounces which is the same as on the kids menu but since I'm not a kid they're not gonna sell me a 12 ounce glass of milk I asked the manager that it makes no sense that I can't buy a small glass of milk when it that is all I wanted I didn't need 20 ounces I understand the kids menu but that is the food products in the prices for the food products and the smaller portions but a glass of milk is ridiculous that they will not sell me a small glass of milk she said we can give you 12 ounces of milk but we would have to charge you full price for 20 ounces and I said that's ridiculous why would I pay more for less everyone else was friendly except for the manager she took It personally I told her that she just lost a customer and she said OK read more

First time there since we were just passing through. I may not make it back but not for a lack of quality food and service. Trying times as these are I was glad to be able to sit down at a nice restaurant. Safety was still first as they checked the temperature of all patrons. Cheyenne was an excellent waitress. Long wait on a none busy time on Sunday Morning . There was not many people sitting and we got stuck 1 and 1/2 hours due to long wait for someone to take our order and also food to come out. This place is horrible! Customer service and waitress support is not very professional. I paid 40$ for all my food when I waited around while they refunded people who did the pick up. I waited about hour for my food. Now I don't mind waiting as long as my food is very hot but when they gave us our orders the fries were very stale and the food was cold like it been sitting around !! No manager was on site till I was all done and had to wait a couple times for my food to be fixed in order to eat ! So spent another hour waiting around so total 3 hours. When the manager walked in that's when all the coworkers started acting right!!! Ridiculous that it takes one person for them to start doing their job they were hired to do. Now I didn't wanna tell them my steak was cold so I went ahead and ate it and hushed about it. Lol . You guys need new coworkers and management!
