They arrived at 7:30 AM and took down 2 trees (one a 60 foot maple) located behind our house. Their men are pros and their equipment is high tech so the job was completed in 4 hours. What impressed me most is they went over the house with their 150 foot crane . You would never know they were here. These guys were awesome to watch! They took down 5 large trees, dead & in danger of falling on a residence. It was amazing to watch because they know exactly what to do & how. On top of all that when they were gone The only evidence that their huge trucks & crane had been there was a couple of tire marks in the mud. I was shocked there was no mess in the yard. He listened to what we wanted, gave us some thoughts and suggestions, but left it up to us and wasn't pushy. Pay scale was clear and it was an easy interaction. And he was on time! They're quite busy, so couldn't make an appt for weeks. They had a reminder call and on the day showed up (in light rain) and the crew was super easy to work with. Can't even begin to describe how good these people are. Ben quoted a fair price after shopping others. Trevor showed up with a few guys. Honestly, my only complaint.... they should deliver a large popcorn machine when they show up to cut your trees. Neighbors all around were watching the artwork. A huge bucket truck that maneuvered around and cut down trees. As soon as a branch would fall, a guy would take it to the chipper. They had blowers and rakes. Honestly, you can't find any debris from when they were here. Guys had safety equipment and were super professional. The bucket guy Trevor is an artist. When my neighbor came home he didn't think my trees were cut, that's how good of an artist he is. He would cut and then move the bucket way far out to view the tree and make sure it was symmetrical. He used hand clippers too. I've never seen anything like this. It was amazing. These guys described the make/model of every tree on the property and how much maintenance they needed. True arborists. I highly recommend this company. Property was left spotless. I will recommend these guys to everyone. They were very professional and kind and surpassed our expectations. read more

I had an excellent experience with this company. Mark Cicoria came to my house, seemed to know what he was talking about regarding the tree, and gave me an estimate. I was trying to decide if the tree needed to come down or if I could just remove one problematic branch, and he did not try to push me in either direction, just gave his professional opinion. I decided to take the tree down and his crew came and did it in a morning (I was shocked it only took that long!). They were careful with my yard, my neighbor's yard, and swept up and picked up any leftover branches. They came back a couple of weeks later to grind the stump. They hadn't told me they were going to leave the grindings, which was kind of a surprise, but not a real problem. They were informative, courteous, and professional throughout and the estimate they gave me on the job was half of what another service had estimated for me. I would highly recommend them. read more
