We rented a boat down the street for a day on lake chelan. The person setting our boat told us we should check out the cider press as his uncle owned it and it's a great local spot. We decided to stop in for a quick lunch and it was an overall great spot. Immediately had a couple of cider flights, and one of each panini. Every bite of food was delicious and the prices were reasonable. I would go back again to try the actual cider press experience.

What's not to love?! Apple cider flight was definitely a must! They offer plenty of food options from panini(s) to gelato & sorbets. Amazing friendly staff! Plenty of seating both inside and outside patio. Perfect for groups .. cozy vibes :) If available, you can try sweet cream gelato mixed with TJ's dark chocolate peppermint Joe-joes, so good! We also came home with a box of Cosmic apples

Im so happy i found this place. Staff was friendly and everything we had was so tasty. The cider jam was delicious! We wish we had more space to try everything on the menu. Place was very relaxing inside. And they also have a tour where you can make your own cider (10 gallons) and it takes about 1 hr. Unfortunately we didn't have time for it but we were able to take a peak at the role on the tour. Highly recommend stopping by.

We stopped by the cider press today and were impressed by the different types of single variety ciders. We bought a deep red one, a cosmic crisp (I think) and a sparkling, pasteurized blend. Next time we go we'd like to taste the food and have an apple pressing session. Beautiful space and the people were helpful.

The cider that me and my kids made was wonderfully fresh. The kids had a great time. My eldest enjoyed a hot chocolate and my spouse and I split a turkey, apple, and Gouda panini.

The favorite hands down was the breakfast sandwich. The Asiago bagel was super soft and fluffy. Other great options are the Rick's gutbuster, the frittata, and the biscuits and gravy. We got the lemon blueberry ricotta pancake which was ok (would love more lemon flavor and ricotta fluff) but can't complain for $5 a dish! We also got to sample some biscotti which was very tasty. Mocha and juice was great too Service was excellent!! Donna was super attentive and the kids had pages to color. Highly recommend 5 stars and up! We will be back

Hidden gem with amazing value! A must-visit in Lake Chelan…read more This cozy little cafe located inside a motel is an absolute hidden gem! It might not be the fanciest place, but it has a warm, welcoming, and super clean atmosphere that instantly makes you feel at home. Plus, everyone here was incredibly friendly. The value you get for the price is unbeatable--our meal was exactly $15! I ordered the Breakfast Bake, which came with a fluffy frittata, roasted potatoes, and a side of fresh fruit. The frittata was packed with feta cheese, making it wonderfully savory, rich, and creamy. It was so much better than the brunch we had at another spot the day before! My friend ordered the Gutbuster, which was a hearty, delicious scramble-style dish. Looking around, it seemed like a lot of other tables were ordering pancakes or bagels as sides, which looked amazing too. Definitely stop by this cafe for a perfect, budget-friendly brunch during your trip!

After ordering my food, it was quite some time before anyone showed up at the register so that I could pay for my meal. I ordered a bowl with smoked salmon and it was unlike any smoked salmon I have ever seen. It was as if it had been ground into tiny pieces. It looked like canned cat food. Extremely sus. All this for $20 and had to toss the whole thing. So disappointing.

Located on the main street of Wenatchee, Wenatchee Natural Foods offers organic, sustainable items, with lots of locally made products. It's not the largest grocer, but the selection was fantastic. We were able to get some grocery items here during our weekend trip and also tried the items that they prepare at the cafe area towards the back of the store. At the cafe area, they have a large menu of different drinks, with smoothies that are worth checking out. I loved the chocolate smoothie, which they make with almond butter and vanilla whey, so it's naturally sweetened. I also ordered a bowl, which you can make based on the different ingredients they offer, like a base of rice or beans, with different proteins and veggies. I customized my bowl with rice, curry chickpeas, avocado and steak and seasonal veggies and it served as two meals, which was delicious. For those wanting to dine in, they have a seating area on the side of the store, with outdoor seating where it's dog-friendly. It's a win for Wenatchee to have a store like Wenatchee Natural Foods, offering a great selection of healthy, wholesome items in a community-centric setting. I'd come back here again when in the area.
