We stopped by the cider press today and were impressed by the different types of single variety ciders. We bought a deep red one, a cosmic crisp (I think) and a sparkling, pasteurized blend. Next time we go we'd like to taste the food and have an apple pressing session. Beautiful space and the people were helpful.

The cider that me and my kids made was wonderfully fresh. The kids had a great time. My eldest enjoyed a hot chocolate and my spouse and I split a turkey, apple, and Gouda panini.

The rosé and Syrah were both delightful and I ended up going home with a few bottles. They seem to be somewhat strict about making reservations, so we called ahead. We got there 5 minutes early and still had to wait a bit before we were seated. The staff tried really hard to get us to go sit in the open seating tent (I swear they asked us like 3+ times if we wanted to), but it had no view, was dark, and was full of kids. Def recommend making a reservation so you can actually enjoy the view and ambiance! We went in the winter so all the doors were closed and we sat inside. It was a little stuffy and loud, but we also went on a pretty crowded day. I can imagine the deck and outside area being lovely when the weather is warmer!

Which would be fine, except their outdoor seating is extremely dirty and due to the amount of trees around, covered in pollen. So it almost felt like second class or a punishment. I slapped the chair cushion and it was like it had never been dusted before. Not that I expect the outdoor seating to be clean at all times, I would expect a higher end place like this that features wine on their menu to make an effort to keep things tidy for all guests. The food itself, was actually pretty good. The deep fried artichoke seriously missed the mark in seasoning and presentation (maybe have the sauce on the side to dip?) but the steak and short ribs were amazingly tasty. Great flavors. We also did a wine flight and the wines were very good as well. One of the glasses still had lipstick on it unfortunately. A couple of the glasses looked rushed to clean. It was replaced and all was well. But still.. attention to details here seems to be an issue. If you come here, make a reservation. Sit inside. Might have a better experience. Get the short ribs or steak and some wine and it will be a lovely experience.

Our contract was written to put entire burden on us while allowing LCWR to rent…read moreequipment that is not fit for grass (unstable) or moisture (not water/weather proof) assumed during an outdoor wedding. Our wooden picture frames (designed for indoor use but they were inexpensive so we didn't mind using them) were not damaged from rain but somehow their wooden equipment (advertised as adequate for outdoor wedding verbally, via email, and on LCWR website) was damaged and the burden was put on us weeks later - possibly after renting to other parties. LCWR admitted to not having insurance or a warranty on their equipment. The contract seems to be set up for LCWR to profit from weather related "acts of god". The contract calls for LCWR to be immune from "acts of god" but consumer assumes "full responsibility for weather related damages". Read VERY CAREFULLY before signing. Other detailed concerns: 1) Bar was poorly assembled upon delivery. Unstable and falling apart. Groomsmen had to spend 1/2 hr fixing the structure of the bar so it could be moved / hold drinks without falling apart. 2) Dance floor was not assembled properly upon delivery. Groomsmen had to spend 1/2 hr taking floor apart and re-securing pieces back together. Orange caution tape was applied by groomsmen in order to avoid trip hazard created by dance floor which would not stay together. 3) Flatware was delivered dirty and stained by rental company. This was discovered upon wedding day. Groom and family had to wash each piece by hand with cold water and cloth the day of the wedding. 4) LCWR crew was witnessed tearing table cloths from tables and throwing them with all contents from the tables onto the wet grass. Candle holders were on the tables and were broken from being thrown to the ground. 5) LCWR owner admits that dance floor was not meant to be set up on grass. Dance floor pieces would not lock together properly and were unstable to walk on, creating safety hazard and preventing proper use of equipment. Based on research (interview/online resources), best practice when setting up dance floor on grass is to put sub-floor underneath in order to improve stability, keep pieces dry and together. Lake Chelan Wedding Rentals failed to provide/set up a dance floor that is usable for an outdoor wedding. Feel free to send me a private message if you have questions about this review. I will respond promptly. I hope this information helps. Good luck to all newlyweds in planning your special day! Hopefully it turns out better than ours.

We really wanted the dance floor in between two tents with string lights hung across both tents and we were SO happy that they could make that happen for us. Two other clients had ordered flowers for the family earlier in the day and she made sure my selection was different. She also went out of her way to make sure the flowers were delivered that afternoon and they were received within a few hours. So I was delighted with that. However. Our friends sent a photo and the flowers were very, very humble compared to the photo on the website. I was embarrassed with what was delivered and stunned that I paid $117 for what looked like $20 worth of Trader Joes flowers. I called the shop that night and left a voicemail asking if we could have a conversation. Two days later I sent an email and included a photo from the website and the photo my friend sent me. I never heard back. This morning I emailed the shop again, and said that since they offer a 100% guarantee, that I was particularly upset that I was never called back. I have only once before given a bad yelp review. It pains me to do it, but after reaching out to the shop three times to ask to have a conversation, and with no response, I decided to share this. I would upload the photo of the arrangement on the website and the photo my friend sent me but I don't see the function to do that.
