The food itself, was actually pretty good. The deep fried artichoke seriously missed the mark in seasoning and presentation (maybe have the sauce on the side to dip?) but the steak and short ribs were amazingly tasty. Great flavors. We also did a wine flight and the wines were very good as well. One of the glasses still had lipstick on it unfortunately. A couple of the glasses looked rushed to clean. It was replaced and all was well. But still.. attention to details here seems to be an issue. If you come here, make a reservation. Sit inside. Might have a better experience. Get the short ribs or steak and some wine and it will be a lovely experience.

Eric, the owner and wine maker is amazing. All the staff is very friendly and approachable. This is not a pretentious place at all, but more of a down to earth home feeling winery. Give it a shot. And if you're hungry, there's a wonderful taco truck across the way called my Maria's traditional Mexican food and that too is very good. Oh, and another fun fact about Vibe... There's a turntable with lots of vinyl and if you thumb through them and want to listen to one of them ask, and they'll put it on for you!

We were served directly by the winemaker and he is a wonderful guy. Will definitely be back! This feels like a great place to cozy up in the winter with some darker reds. A glass of red wine always sounds good, so we stopped in to see what they were pouring. We tried both the Cabernet Sauvignon and the Cabernet Franc, and both were delicious. I was pleasantly surprised and happy to see such a strong newcomer in downtown Manson. The lady working the counter was extremely friendly and welcoming. When a summer rain came through, we ended up sitting inside for quite a while chatting about wine, vineyards, and the local scene. They have turned it into a working farm and host u-pick flowers and apples in the spring/summer, pumpkin patch in the fall, they have local fruits in the summer and tulip bulbs occasionally. The location offers a view of Roses Lake which is a nice change of scenery as the other wineries in the area focus on Lake Chelan which is also amazing but variety is appreciated. If you visit, try a tasting of their wine or non-alcoholic cider, grab some cheese, crackers and other eats from their public pantry, pick a few flowers, get educated on how they have sheep that keep weeds under control and maybe pick a few apples before you leave.
