I am new to the area and came here once before and had a great experience. I came in at 5 pm today and the man at the front was very nice. The woman that gave me my pedicure was the exact opposite. She didn't do any callus removal despite that being part of it. When it was over, did not offer to help get my shoes on or anything. Just got up and walked away. To me it was overly priced for subpar quality of service. Nice vibe and atmosphere but didn't like the quality of product. I did dipped manicure with gel pedicure with natural overlay tips on both big toe instead of the glued on artificial tip. The powder on lasted a little over 2 weeks before peeling and breaking off. Typically if done with better quality dipping powder brand my manicure dip set can last 4 weeks or longer. The overlay on my big toes were crooked and the gel did last but big toes looked like a left and right blinker light because it was crooked and each pointing in opposite direction. read more

I had a set already on that looked amazing I decided to get a full and omg here we go!!!!! First off my acrylic and the acrylic they used didn't match and Michelle knew that but the other nail tech next to her said it was close ummmm no it's not I literally have a pink undertone and her application was horrible. I thought once filed and drilled they would look better and I kind could tell they looked better after she did all that . Moving to the paint oh it's horrible and I see lumps and unevenly acrylic it's not smooth nor pretty! $133 to pay for some nails I don't like and now I'm gonna take them off and have to start over when I get home. I should have just kept what I had. Overall the nail salon is beautiful and the customer service was good on walking in and being offered drinks and getting the hot neck wrap was amazing. I over paid for this service. I ordered the hurricane pedicure. Only pedicure and I paid $94 including a $10 tip. I paid the tip to be nice but it was a hesitant choice I made. First I got poor service and the man who did the pedicure cut me with a nail file on my toe then continued to spray alcohol which burned the injury so bad! He then continued to do the service. I asked for acrylic on both big toes and the acrylic is really bumpy. I have a list of rough patches on the bottom of my feet since not all of it was scrubbed away. The technician then proceed to massage the pressure points I'm assuming by using a wooden instrument I have never seen or heard anyone do this and it was extremely painful and discomforting so much so that I had to pull my feet away multiple times. He had a frustrated look on his face which made me feel like he was intentionally hurting me. I'm not used to making reviews but hopefully this helps someone looking for service do not come here. I was not expecting this service in such a high end area of las colinas. The final part of the service was him massacring my legs and that too was painful and I pulled away from him many times. To end the service he placed what were supposed to be warm towels and they were extremely hot I almost cried. I did not say anything because I just wanted to get the heck out of there. I'm really disappointed sixth this service. Look somewhere else. All in all, this is what a $94 service looks like at this business. read more

If I could give them 0 stars I would. I have been going to this nail salon for years and the last time I went was a horrible experience. I took my friend that has never gotten a manicure and pedicure before, and this is was their first experience. I called to make an appointment and asked for everything to be done at the same time as we were limited on time that day. I mentioned, if this was not possible, we could schedule at a different time. Our appointment was scheduled at 11:45am and my friend did not get services started until over an hour later around 1pm. After they finished our pedicures, they moved on to doing his manicure and in the middle of his manicure the nail tech got up to fix someone else's nails. At this point, we had been there for over 2 hours. After we left, the gel on my toes completely came off the same day because they painted all over my cuticles. I called and asked to speak to a manager but they were not there. They wrote my number down and said they would notify the manager, however, they did not. I had to call back today and they only offered me a $20 gift card for next time. Horrible service and I will not be going back. read more

Came down to nails, price and service. 1/2 stars for service ... people were nice enough and adhered to my appointment time (which isn't always typical with nail salons), but I also felt rushed the entire time from choosing a a nail color to the actual mani/pedi. 0/1 for price. Maybe it's the tax of the full bar they offer , but for someone who wasn't drinking I was shocked at the total bill for a 35 minute mani/pedi racking up $115 bill. $3 a minute I should've also seen some magic powers bestowed on my phalanges. 1/2 stars for actual nails. They look good ... for now. I can already tell the dip on my nails is lifting which typically doesn't happen until about three weeks after I get them done. Be prepared to be treated like kettle. You're not there to get a manicure or pedicure you actually want. Instead, you'll be TOLD what you should want and your requests for the type of style you want will be ignored and shut down in favor of their personal preferences. I have never walked out with nails as ugly as the ones they did this time - thick and unnatural looking - the exact opposite of what I requested and have gotten down for decades. The technician instead argued with me that thinner would be impossible even though I told her I had this thin style for decades and no technician ever had an issue. She left my nails thick and deformed (who has bulges on their natural nails?!!). She couldn't have been more annoyed. I'll go back to the 4 seasons where people care and LISTEN and perform the service you PAY FOR without an attitude. The reflexology part of the pedi was probably my favorite part. I've never had that in a pedicure before. I got the jagerbomb and it was great! I would recommend it. I wasn't a huge fan of the heated thing that went around my neck, it kinda smelled like peanut butter but the service was great and everyone was really nice. The best nail salon in the area!!!! I live literally a two minute walk away from another salon and yet I'll drive to this studio instead because of how much I love it. The technicians are so sweet and always check to make sure you are enjoying your service. My nails always turn out fantastic, and I feel so relaxed every time I leave. We reserved for 6 people ahead of time and got seated at the massage chairs instead since they didn't have enough room at the table. Amy worked on my nails and did a great job. I was the last one of six to pick out the color and Amy still finished mine before some others! She gave me some good suggestions as well. I have only been disappointed in a nail salon twice in my life and this one was the second salon, and yes I returned to this salon two more times after my first bad experience but not after this tIme. I had my nails done here one week ago today, and let me tell you, I'm still dwelling on my experience. This may be because my nails have been breaking on the daily. Flashback to the day I went in for my dip manicure and pedicure... I walk in, not greeted or even acknowledged by anyone for at least 15 minutes. I see 1 other person waiting so I wait patiently as well after picking out my colors. I am summoned by a nail tech to sit in the pedicure chair. I give her the color for my toes but tell her I am undecided on the two nail colors I picked out. She takes them from me, goes to get the dip powder for my nails, comes back with only one color and that's that. So I guess that's settled, she chose the color for me.... She begins my pedicure, the water isn't even lukewarm. I tell her and she says okay. She starts cutting my cuticles and literally the PAIN! I've had over 100 pedicures in my lifetime and I've NEVER had this happen and we're only on toe #1... I tell her it hurts and she just says sorry. She was so rough, nicked almost every one of my toes I don't even know how many times and all I got was "Sorry." Once that torture was over, she proceeded to shove a pillow into my lap and a bowl full of acetone to soak off my current dip. I'm sitting there trying to keep the bowl balanced on this pillow while she is moving my legs up and down to scrub my feet. You get the picture by this point... We then move to my dip manicure and she is filing my nails so hard. She rushed through the entire thing and made them so thin they haven't even lasted a week. The first break happened not even 24 hours after I had been in the salon. Needless to say, just because it's located in a nice community and has crazy high prices doesn't mean it's a good salon to go to. They act like they are above you at this salon and it's so sad that I'd rather drive 30 minutes to another salon rather than the one less than 5 minutes from where I live but I won't think twice about that drive next time! Writing this review as I sit here getting my service because I am really annoyed. I get acrylic sets on my toes all the time and this is ridiculously expensive. Ive never been priced 100 for a pedi and acrylics. At other nail salons I pay 85 for acrylics and a pedi. I told her that I wanted her to cut my nails and trim up my cuticles and she told me that it would be an add on to my service. Why? You do that anyway when you do any set. She told me I should just do a pedi because it would be the same price and I just have a lot of skin. So I got the most basic pedi. Why did she soak my feet as she took off my acrylics? Its normally one or the other first. That only made my nails soft and vulnerable for when she went in with the dill. I asked her if it would be cheaper to just do a fill instead of a new set and she said it would be the same price as getting a full set. I asked her to do the tips and she said that it would look fake and that she just wanted to cut my nails and that would look better and more natural. My nails are naturally round. I know she wouldn't have been able to make them squared. Then she told me it would be an additional 10$ for the tips. I still think it would have been cheaper to get a fill. As she was drilling my nails she made 4 of my toes get really hot and I told her it hurt but she STILL kept going over them. At one point one hurt so bad i said "fuck that shit hurts!" I looked at my nail and it looked cut on my nail bed Then she didn't make sure any of my tips were the same length. She asked me if i liked my nails and I asked her to fix one because it looked really crooked and she told me thats how my finger is. Ok but my toes did not look crooked when I had came in with my previous set. I told her that nail was too long and it didn't match and she told me that it's because she hadn't done the other foot yet. Its like she has been upset with me every time I make a comment. Im a licensed cosmetologist and I know how this is done because I do nails. If i could do my own feet I would. My boyfriend wanted to treat me to something nice. Bless his heart Finally when both feet were done I told her againI wanted her to file that one finger because it looked longer than the left. She filed my right one and asked if i wanted her to do the left and I said no because they should match in length. Then she filed my left finger anyway. Still look uneven. I wonder what speed her drill was at because anytime she went over my toes I could feel the heat on my skin by my cuticles. I was going to get my hands done but at this point I just want to leave because my nails hurt and it's overpriced for the type of service that I have received. After all that my right foot looks different than my left. Kinda wish they'd wear name tags for moments like this. I told her my nail on my pinky was broken and I was unsure if I should do dip or acrylic. She asked me if i had tips on. I told her that they were extensions but I wanted to just keep my natural nails. She said no, were going to do tips on them either way. I asked why when my pinky nail is broken and I don't want the tips to damage it like it did this last time when it broke off. I don't think she either understood what I was saying or if she just wanted to charge me for all the add ons. But this is my first and last time here. read more

Let me start off by saying that I have been coming to this nail lounge for 2 years, ever since I moved into this area. Usually the environment is very warm and inviting but today that was not it. I walked in and was greeted but immediately felt tense because of the side eye looks and giggles from the nail techs. As she was finishing up my pedicure, one of the girls finally said "oh you don't look like our usuals. You're in shorts and crop top and everybody else is in business clothes." I'm sorry that I worked a double shift and would rather be comfortable while getting my nails done? Needless to say I was ashamed and saw other customers looking over at me. Then when my full set was being done, I was told my price would be $120. Me thinking it was for the full set and pedicure I said that was fine. However, 10 minutes later I was told it was $120 for just the nails not including toes. The price that was advertised to me was misleading, it was actually an extra: $25 for French tip $25 for a flower design $10 dip $5 coffin $5 long nails (they're definitely not long) When I saw that price I immediately said no and decided to do a plain nude set. The customer service went downhill into an awkward silence where the nail tech did not seem to want to be bothered with me anymore. I felt pressured to appease her so I decided to add chrome to two fingers on each hand. But she kept pushing for French tip. I was so flustered at checkout that I couldn't get my Apple Pay to work and they seemed so bothered. They kept pointing at me saying "watch her." I have money which is why I'm getting my nails and toes done but clearly you don't want my business.
