Just moved to the area and really wanted to give this place my recurring business but manicure service I received was SO AWFUL, I will not be returning. Yesterday was my 1st time so I called in advance informing that my nail beds are really thin so asked if they could pair me with a tech who can be gentle and not file down too much. The man said "no worries, we'll take care of you." I was unfortunately matched with Lisa. She was so rough even after explaining about my nail beds. She also used her nails to aggressively push my cuticle lining back which was so painful. She was very irritated every time I said "ouch" and kept making comments under her breath. Every time I tried asking a question about the shape, she would talk over me saying "wait for finish, wait for finish". I honestly really thought of asking her to completely stop. I also requested natural looking, short and not thick, and this is what I ended up with! Chiclets. A friend who goes here recommended that I call and ask for Lily to explain the issue. I called in the morning and left my number for a callback, but no one called me back. Now I have to go elsewhere to fix my nails and spend more money. Michelle who did my pedicure was great. She listened to me and even corrected the application on 2 toes when I pointed out some issues. Tipped her and was pleased. Really enjoy the convenience of this nail salon and how they're usually able to fit you in, which I appreciate. That said, I think they need to be more transparent with pricing. For example, when getting dip nails, there is now an additional $5 charge for any filing--not just almond shaping--which wasn't communicated beforehand. Another example is their 7-day guarantee. If you need a nail repair after the seven-day mark, it's $5 per nail. I wish this had been clearly stated upfront, as I would have chosen to redo all my nails instead. Overall, better communication and upfront pricing would go a long way. I often feel surprised by extra charges at checkout, and clearer transparency would really improve the experience. read more

This salon and Andy, nail technician can kick rocks! I wanted to find a place closer to home so tried it here a month ago - the pedi was good so I requested the same nail technician again. I sat in the chair and waited for over 30 minutes, when Andy finally bothered to get to me, the water was cold. The owner/manager whatever he is then came over and said that Andy no longer wants to do my nails. I came here Sunday good customer service very nice people. I got my nails and toes done they took their time and even went back to fix certain nails that weren't drying properly. total came out to be 100 for my nails to get chipped the next day and the same hand looks matte and the other looks glossy sadly I live 30 mins from the area and don't have time to go in & get them fixed. I have been to this salon twice. On my first visit Ruby did my nails. She noticed my heels needed extra treatment. She put a paste on my heels and scrubbed. Definitely made a huge improvement on my heels. I was happy to pay extra. She asked me to come back in 2 weeks. I cut my fingers with a sharp knife 2 weeks later. I had to get 5 stitches and could not get my fingers wet for 5 weeks. Fast forward, made an appointment for today. Lisa did my nails and an unknown male (no name tag) did my feet. When they realized I only wanted a classic mani and classic pedi, they let me know through their attitude, that they would make the least effort to get me out of the salon ASAP. I declined the message for 15 dollars and that pissed them off even more. I could have done a better mani pedi on my own, even though I am not able to do it as well as a salon. I hesitate to go there again. I tipped them well and now regret that. They have great prices but snub you if you only need a classic mani pedi. Shame on Lisa. My daughter was looking forward to getting her nails done for a while. She wanted to get a fun design even though I tired to talk her out of it. She had a budget, so was paying for the additional charge herself. So, we showed a picture and asked the cost before getting started. Andy was less than friendly. When he started to do the design, which consisted of multiple colors, he seemed to not understand and said 2 colors. Of course I pushed back since my daughter had her heart set on multiple colors. He finally broke down and did the multiple colors, but not the ones in the picture even though I told him some were wrong. People asked if we were happy, I was not, but said as long as she is happy. Anyway, a nail was messed up, we can go have it touched up and they used even different colors. She's actually pretty unhappy with the experience now. Which is said because it was her first time getting tips. Anyway, I'm posting the inspo picture and what they ended up looking like. The kicker was when we were checking out - the man that quoted the price told us he didn't charge extra for the shape and ended up charging us $2 more than quoted. I usually go to my old nail shop for years. So today the wait was to long. So I left. I remember a new Nail bar had opened. So I wheeled on by. I walk In and a very nice gentleman greeted me. He asked what I need done. I went straight to the chair to get my nails don't. This place is beautiful and there are about 20 pedicure bowls. Everyone was so kind.
