It's a beautiful venue , very convenient but noisy and echoing. The food was great but the service was lacking at a fundraiser we attended.

Stunningly beautiful event center. Thoughtful design with incredible finishes. What an amazing space nestled in a gorgeous wooded area located south of Denver in Castle Pines. Fantastic outdoor and indoor spaces. The upstairs bride's room is amazing with multiple places to prepare for the ceremony. Lockers for the ladies "stuff". This is a family owned/operated business. 10/13/23-I can only review this place as a guest at a wedding and not someone that had to deal with any of the business aspects. It was a beautiful place and was clean. They did have a lot of parking. The only thing I questioned was where the main ceremony took place, the front beam looked cracked, but I don't know if the beam is structural or not. They did have a lot of areas that made for good pictures. read more

Cielo at Castle Pines is just beautiful! Whether you plan your wedding or special event, you will be amazed at all your different options. The Pine Room is gorgeous showcasing an incredible staircase, where we took a family photo. The Pine Room ballroom provided the best ambiance for my Mom's 80th birthday celebration. The adjacent outdoor patio has a lovely fountain which makes a great backdrop for pictures. Todd, and Katie were amazing in providing a stress-free event. What an incredible and gorgeous venue! Was here today for a wedding and it was perfect. The wedding was held outside, and the wedding party stood under a massive (permanent) gazebo. The reception was held just steps away inside the awesome ballroom area. There is room for hundreds of people indoors and out. The staff was hospitable and not always underfoot, unlike other venues I've been to. Plenty of photography locations to make your wedding day special. Our friends walked across the street into the woods for what's bound to be a rad photography outcome. Convenient access from Hwy 85 - close enough to Denver and The Springs - Wonderful experience! read more

During my search for a wedding venue, I was cautiously optimistic about seeing Cielo in person since I had been burned before by great online pictures that didn't translate in person. But the second we pulled up to Cielo, I immediately fell in love with it! And you know it's a winner when the bride, the groom, and BOTH sides of the family all agree. One thing we loved was that Cielo provided a mountain feel without having to ask all of our guests to actually drive up to the mountains - which was a huge deal for us since 90% of our guests had to fly in from out of state. The venue is absolutely beautiful. The outdoor area has a great gazebo for ceremonies, plenty of lawn space for cocktail hour, an amazing waterfall feature that's perfect for pictures, and a giant indoor space that can be easily customized for all event sizes. I was particularly looking for a venue that the girls could all get ready in and Cielo more than delivered. Their upstairs dressing room has space for all the dresses, big sofas, and a wall of lighted mirrors to get ready. The boys also get a room downstairs with a TV. Not only does Cielo get rave reviews from us, but all of our guests loved it too! Stacy was amazing throughout the whole planning process, from the initial walk through to our last meeting before the wedding where she had details upon details, including a timeline and a floor plan. We especially loved that all of our vendors had worked Cielo before so they were all familiar with the layout and the details, which took a lot of headache away from the wedding planning process! There's also a beautiful area across the street with trees and a bridge to take photos and it provided wonderful scenery and color to our wedding photos. read more

This is an awesome venue to host an event or wedding. They have a beautiful area outside of the open ball room that extends itself to the perfect back drop for any picture perfect occasion! I recommend even just the outside area for a wedding if you're having an intimate affair. The day wedding I was there the weather was perfect and the light breeze set the stage for joyous event! Only 30 minutes outside of Denver so don't let the Castle Rock address freak you out!! There is so much South of Denver these days!! read more

Beautiful location for a wedding with indoor and outdoor space. There is a main level with dance floor and fireplace, also a basement area to divide the space. Service and food were good. No idea about price or capacity but if you are looking for a wedding venue, this one makes for great photos. read more

Beautiful place to have a wedding. We had ours here and were comparing Estes Park venues. They have a mountain feel while still being very close to the city. Outdoor area is amazing and the indoor area has an awesome staircase which is perfect for taking pictures. They have some pretty strict rules about who you can use for food, and if I recall they don't allow certain things in their outdoor area as it's technically a nature area. I'd definitely go there again... hopefully not to get married again :) Priced very well, especially compared to expensive venues in Estes. read more

The Cielo at Castle Pines were PHENOMINAL when it came to planning and having my wedding. When I first visited with my wedding crew we were blown away by how gorgeous the entrance is and the view to the waterfall in the back. From the inside to the outside Cielo is gorgeous! We were greeted by the owner, who was straight forward, honest and a true wedding professional. She was offering us wedding tips and tricks from the moment we arrived to after we left. She even put me in touch with an amazing wedding coordinator, Angie! Due to how professional and confident she was I knew we were in good hands and we placed our deposit. Throughout the planning and during my wedding they would frequently check in with me and discuss things with me. I always felt like I was in the know and that they were prepared for my wedding day. My wedding day went off without a hitch! The Cielo was so beautiful and they fulfilled all my hopes! I would HIGHLY recommend having your wedding/event at the Cielo! read more

We have used Cielo at Castle Pines for our annual corporate dinner the past four years. We love the venue because it can accommodate our guests, a band and our large presentation screen and stage. The staff at Cielo is extrememly helpful and friendly. They make sure your event runs smoothly and you get the experience you are looking for. ShowTek events handled all of the sound and lighting and made the venue fit our theme and look beautiful, but Cielo is beautiful as is! Todd the bartender makes a mean margarita too! Thank you Cielo for being so great, we will be back next year and would recommend this venue to anyone who asks. read more
