Have more than one dentist. 2. Schedule the appointments better. The office is supposed to close on Saturdays at 2 however today they closed at 1. I felt like they were rushing patients out. 3. Respect people's time. My son had a cleaning schedule for 12 and had two cavities . They said we had to schedule an appointment to come back to get his cavities filled. That is a waste of time. If the patient is already there they should have been able to service him right then. I've never had this experience or any other dentist that we've been too.
