Vast selection of water pipes and glass pipes. HOWEVER customer service is TERRIBLE!! I came into the store at 7:00pm and was looking around at the water pipes. I was there for about 25 minutes and then the store clerk comes ou from the back and says "you can't keep taking stuff out and looking at it and putting it back. You come to look at stuff for five minutes not half an hour. We're very busy in the back and can't watch you look at stuff." WHAT?! I'm sorry, but until your store closes, you should be out in the shopping area, ready to help customers. Why are you so busy in the back of the store?! UNBELIEVABLE. This place has the best customer service! I think the guys name is Sam. Every time I come in, he's very polite and willing to help out in every way he can. I bought a new e-cig from him about 2 weeks ago, and I somehow dropped the tank and shattered it already. I came in to see if I can buy just the tank, but they don't sell them. Instead, Sam replaced the shattered glass piece free of charge! And let me know I actually have a replacement glass in the kit I was given with my e-cig. He didn't have to give me a new glass, especially since I already had one that I was unaware of. But he did! Now that's what you call great customer service! Thanks Sam! Also, the guy that is almost always working in the store he knows a LOT about vapes if you are trying to get into vaping and quit smoking he will definitely be able to help you out and any vape hardware you buy at this store you will leave the store with a complete and utter understanding of that vape hardware.
