He told us how he pours his heart and soul into the place and it really shows, as the shop is so well put together and taken care of with so many amazing pieces, and also as he is such a kind hearted guy with EXCELLENT customer service. working in customer service myself, i know how it feels to want to go above and beyond to make guests feel welcomed, and he did just that. he also gave us some excellent discounts on pieces, including an item that we accidentally broke and he did not make us pay for. i highly highly recommend this smoke shop if you live in the area or are just visiting, it promise it will be worth your time and money. The pieces are insane but the customer service is the reason to come. It was my first time in and the owner Ace was the nicest guy right when we walked in. He gave us great deals on our pieces and we left with more than we even meant to get.
