Disgusting! This place used to be better. Unfortunately, I had went to get a vape (which I rarely do) the vape wasn't working well so I waited until after work (the soonest I could) to go and say hey it's not working can I get a new one? The chick proceeds to ask if she could try it? (Gross) I was like uh sure? Knowing I wouldn't touch it again and assuming she would give a new one. She says since it "wasn't burnt, turned blue at the bottom" nothing she could do and wouldn't return it. Per policy. So, do businesses require employees to "try" people's used vapes? Then, based on their "expertise" of someone's already used vape they say whether or not they can replace it with one that works? Totally unprofessional and totally gross. Mind you, I am a whole grown woman with a job and money. That's not the issue. Hadn't been to this shop before but was a customer of another location when I lived in Simi. I actually misinterpreted the map and was going down the street thinking that nameless shop was this place. Glad I found the right one. Found as good a price in store for what I was there for as I had been purchasing online. My usual trade off is better online price but having to wait. So getting as good a deal in store and being able to walk out with the items is rad. Will definitely be back. read more

Was in need of few new 510 pen batteries, stopped in to this shop for the first time. Staff were friendly and helpful, nice lady assisted me with some selection, decided to splurge and buy a nice $45 dollar battery by PCKT. Got home charged it fully and tried it out. Not impressed to say the least, temperature is weak at its highest setting. Tried a few different carts and charged again to make sure it wasn't something weird but same thing. Not hot enough for me. One day later I stopped by shop hoping to return or even exchange for something more suitable but was told that was not an option. Kind and helpful staff I met the day prior must have been off. There are a lot of smoke shops in the area, but this one is definitely one of the best. I have noticed that the prices here are higher than other places which is annoying, but they usually have some sort of BOGO sale going on and that helps a little. The staff is always very nice and helpful. They're knowledgeable about almost all of the products in store, so they give solid recommendations.. I went in desperately needing a super strong bong cleaner for the clogged vents in my piece (a $250 Simba I bought at this location) and the girl showed me a bottle she has personally used and gave me some tips on how to get the best results from it. I had tried every rubbing alcohol I could find, BUT THIS ONE WORKED!!! Zane is the manager, and he is very very nice whenever I see him. Also always gives really good advice on purchases without seeming like he's just trying to sell more. Btw- The Simba I bought here is my baby!!! Zane gave me a good discount on it, and it's amazing! Such strong glass and hits like air. Best bong I've ever hit without a doubt! The only reason it got so clogged was because I stupidly starting dabbing from it. I have nothing bad to say about this place and I think the amount some of the negative comments on here are a little uncalled for. They have a great selection even for someone as picky as me. Its not the cheapest place ever but given the lack of competition in the area the prices are completely fair. That's just supply and demand. You're not going to get Chinatown pricing at a place in the Conejo Valley....if you want Chinatown pricing you should go to Chinatown. I've purchased at least 4 or 5 things here and can't come up with one complaint. The guy who helped me last was quite enthusiastic but he was pretty cute and I appreciated the effort. My favorite smoke shop without a doubt! I've been going here exclusively for awhile now and I've never been disappointed. They have the best prices and deals I've seen on vape products and kratom. They have the best kratom and vape selection of all shops I've been to and have the best prices. All of the employees are extremely knowledgeable on vape and kratom products as well as very helpful, friendly and will go out of their way to make sure you're happy. They take care of their customers because they genuinely care about your satisfaction--something missing from so many other businesses today--but this is what makes them truly stand out. I went in today (june 3rd @3:48pm) and i walked in with my blunt in my ear (fixed my mask prior to entering and felt it there). I dropped it unknowingly in the store while SHOPPING and asked the employees if they had it and they started to act fishy and they said they didn't, but no other customer was in the store or had even walked in while we there. it was not on the floor either. Went in last weekend on a recommendation from another shop! A kid named Sal was working there. Very helpful. he must spent over an hour helping me with glass, explaining carb systems, difference in nails, etc... he even set up several pieces to try. i shop glassware continuously and own way too much. I don't know what some other customers are complaining about lack of knowledge and prices because Sal knew his sh*t!!!!! And their prices were VERY reasonable after discounts. I really like this smoke shop ITSELF you know the glass speaks for itself. But not the employees I'm not sure why they have four people working at one time when before they had one or two max. You walk in and they all ask you what you'd like and it's like telling a bunch of kids and they pass on the word. Then they ALL try to make you buy an extra item. They all explain the deal they all try to sell you extra glass. It's like they didn't hear me say no I'm not here for a banger. Ive been buying glass for over 9 years now. I am writing this review because I feel the quality of this shop is far below par. I DID NOT have a bad experience here, I just dont believe in false advertisement and inexperienced staff. I know my glass, and I know prices. If you think their prices are right, you probably just started smoking.. Yea you can get what you need but its all factory made, low-quality products While in there every pipe I looked at had some kind of imperfection (bowl too small/big, mouthpiece too narrow or agape, or shotty art work). They have a good selection of pieces but the quality of glass is mediocre. Very over priced and the staff like to sit around and circle-jerk about how siiiiiiiiiiiick something is. Went in with measurements for the piece I needed and everything and after listening to some kid try to sell me half the store he got the piece for me and we asked three times if it was the right size and of course we leave and it's not. I got back 15 mins later and they refuse to take it back even tho it was his fault and the receipt doesn't say no refunds so it's illegal and my CC company will dispute it and get my money back but don't waste your time. Went here looking for something that I could chill at home with. Now I'm a glass breaker, so I told Zayla (she was the awesome girl that helped me out) that I needed something thick that wont break easily. So she took me over to one of her cases and proceeded to toss one of the pipes on the floor to demonstrate the durability of the double blown glass. Maybe it was a sales tactic, maybe we all just like throwing glass things knowing they wont break. Either way, it was super cool so we spent the next couple of hours going through all the different pieces available, what could be ordered, and all the fun stuff.
