I had been searching for a place in Camarillo that sells the Maya Electric Cigarette brand and only found 2 other shops on yelp that didn't end up carrying it.. After driving around getting to know places in Camarillo I found this cigar shop on Carmen drive.. I walked in and was impressed with the amount of products he was able to fit in his store and most of it was high quality products.. After speaking with the owner (speaks moderate English) for what I was looking for he showed me the e-cig section and said that he not only carried maya but all his refill cartridges from competitive brands will fit my e-cig unit as well which got me excited to return and try the other flavors he carries.. This spot is a little more expensive then other places, but it's only a couple dollars which isn't to big of a difference.. Ill definitely be recommending to friends and returning back soon! read more

Very clean and organized. You will find GREAT PRICES!!! And, they have plenty of inventory in stock. Should you not find something you need they will order it for you, and have it in by two to three days. Love that they are open until 11:00 pm. I live down the street from this shop and thought this would be my go to for my smoking/vaping needs. I have shopped here about 3 -4 times. Here is where the issue lies, my first major purchase was a bong/water pipe. When I got home and used it, the bowl broke when it tipped over my coffee table. I went back asked for an exchange and the worker was happy to exchange it out. Service was great even though the replacement piece did not match the bong/water pipe. So I on my 2nd or 3rd visit I purchased a new bowl for my wax pipe and wouldn't you know it, the bowl fractured on my 3rd use. I went back to the shop during the same week and ask if it's possible to replace the bowl. The same worker as before looks at me and says he cant do anything about it. Now if this was a few bucks I would not have cared but this piece was between 12 and 15 dollars. I asked the rep why he could not exchange it as before. He explains to me that the shop buys their glassware from a 3rd party vendor and they do not guarantee the purchased glassware. Which meant any returned items are taken at a loss as they cannot charge back defective items. I understand that the shop is trying to make a profit, however how are you going to retain customers when the shop is pocketing the money from defective goods? In conclusion the service is not bad, the service is actually pretty good and the workers are very polite. I will more than likely continue shopping here for consumables such as butane cans, Raw rolling papers but I will no longer be purchasing any glassware from here and hope that this serves as a warning for any of your major glass purchases. read more

I am a frequent customer of this establishment. Last night I purchased Red River Tobacco from here and when I opened the bag the tobacco was completely dried out. I returned to the store to exchange it for another bag and I was told that it was a final sale regardless of the fact that the tobacco was old and dried out. The tobacco is so dried out it wont even work in my machine. My machine keeps getting jammed. I understand that you cant always control the quality of the product you get from your vendor but I am absolutely astonished that this establishment didn't even seem to care that they sold me a bad product. They could care less. Its my problem that I got a bad bag not their's. I will never purchase from them again! I strongly agree that you dont either. Complete waste of my money, time, and gas. Tobacco stores are on every corner practically. Give your money to another store that actually cares about the product they are selling not just making a buck! read more

I was referred to this place by a coworker, as I was looking for a box of cigars for my husbands 40th Birthday party. Mohamid was the great person who helped me. I told him it was mostly for a decoration on my cake table, as well as a souvenir for guests to take home. I wasn't planning on spending too much on this, so he put together 25 cigars, a cutter, matches and the most exciting part was he went to the back and brought out the coolest cigar box for display to GIVE me..velvet lined and all. I was so happy leaving that place. The cigars were from Ecuador and they were worth about $3 each, I walked out of there spending only $30...just because he is a genuinely nice man who cared to help my husbands birthday party be a lil extra special.Thank you Mahamid..the party was a blast! read more
