Love this place as it's been around for years. They have a wide selection of cigars of all brands and sizes and blends yet wish they had some of the very higherend cigars. I'm sure there's a reason why they can't carry those. The team there are extremely nice and always helpful. Their knowledge base of product is exceptional and I learned something new each time I speak with them. They really care about providing the best smoke as per your requests and descriptions. The pricing and their products are extremely reasonable, especially considering the expert advice that comes along with any purchase. On July 17th the day I placed an order online for a birthday gift, my order was canceled without my knowledge. No email. No voicemail. That day they had someone placing orders with a fraudulent credit card so they assumed my order was fraudulent. They called my cell phone but never left a voice message. I had no idea they called because I don't answer or call numbers that I don't recognize because of robocalls. When the order didn't arrive by July 24th I called to find out what was going on. That's when I learned that my order was canceled. Luckily, I was not charged. He was very kind and agreed to expedite the order without any additional shipping fees. I confirmed the address over the phone and he processed the order. Again, no order confirmation or email. I was then charged $68.95 which was $15 over what was agreed. I called and he said they likely never saw his notes and he'd take care of it. However, the credit for the expedited shipping was never credited. On Monday, July 29th the order finally arrived. I called again to check on when I would be credited for the expedited shipping and was told that I had emailed the wrong zip code, therefore, I was not getting the credit for the expedited shipping. He said the billing department decided that it was okay and considered it a wash since it cost them more than that to ship. ($35 for a box of 6 cigars) Why didn't they call me if they had two different zip codes? Again, no communication. No phone call. I paid an expedited shipping fee for an order that they canceled and then it wasn't even expedited. I would have never agreed to the extra shipping charge since the order already missed the birthday. I asked him to do the right thing because I never agreed to that amount, but he was adamant! I won't shop local next time for my online cigar order. They just lost a customer. read more

Besides the cigar roller, don't miss the opportunity to chat with the owner, Ron, who has more experience in the industry than Marvin Shanken (of Cigar Aficionado). If you get him going, it's a rare glimpse into the smoky past of industry. They have an extensive selection of cigars, and don't miss the ultra premium room in the back. Mostly, they sell by the box, but they do have a selection of Oliva singles in the front case. A secret stash of premium singles is in the sitting area where one can try some of the rarer cigars by the stick. I prefer the Padrons and OpuX, but they stock other goodies as well. I am a new-ish cigar smoker and just went in to check out the store. The whole place is one big humidor and smells amazing. It looks like they have chairs set up for some type of club to sit there and smoke. Overall, it was a great experience. They sell cigars in bulk packages ranging from 50 to a few hundred cigars and they have a fairly wide selection with a few dozen brands/styles. They do sell singles, but only of their specific brand, which is Oliva. The staff was very helpful and knowledgeable. I couldn't justify spending $150 on a huge box of a specific cigar I like and the check out guy recommended another store in town that sold smaller quantities and also recommended a couple of their varieties that are similar. I bought a few singles to try, and he threw in a box with a seasoning packet, matches, and a cutter all for free. I learned that they have a website, and that ordering cigars across state lines is actually cheaper sometimes (no sales or tobacco tax). They are also the exclusive distributor for Oliva cigars across 50 countries. The people working there are definitely the type you could talk to about cigars for a long time. read more

Ok place. Whole store is a humidor. Mainly cigar bundles of 10 or more cigars with a small small case of Oliva singles. People are friendly. Down side is there is absolutely no parking. Can't park on the street in front of it or anywhere nearby. Only options for parking is to park far away, by the industrial area on the weekend or at another nearby business and hope your car isn't towed in the mean time. Best bet is to visit M&M cigars just 2 blocks over on Washington. read more

I've been buying cigars from here for years. I have found the prices to be reasonable and the selection as far as quality, price range and variety to be exceptional. The service is always excellent and everyone there is ready to answer a question or offer you good advice on what to get based on your criteria. There is a members lounge and if you are inclined to hangout with a nice group of people you should consider joining or asking for one day pricing. read more

Fantastic place. Parking is available in front of the store and in the strip mall parking about 100 yards away from it. Visiting the area by boat and while walking around town we discovered this store. I travel a lot and have visited many cigar stores ... this place is amazing. It's clean, very comfortable, and the store is one big humidor and smells fantastic. The primary brand here is Oliva, and they have private labels and custom-made blends. The staff, Walter, is extremely knowledgeable, and tries to match-up your favorite types of smokes to their private label stock or Oliva brands. Well worth a visit! read more

Never made it in as older gentleman (owner?) was nasty to a handicapped woman parking in front of his store going into bakery next door. Parking is an issue but you dont have to be nasty to people...I gave my business to another store. read more
