This place is an absolute disaster when Ritchie is working. He seems a bit prejudice. He was unprofessional to the core and suddenly jacked up prices to a ridiculous level. I don't know if it's him or after getting robbed last week, they decided to slap a $30 price tag on vapes that were just $20 the week before. When I calmly pointed this out, instead of addressing it like a decent business man would, Ritchie was unnecessarily loud and aggressive following me out, hurling obscenities like "mother fu*ker" all the way to my car, which was a good 20 feet away! It was beyond disgusting. If you want to avoid being ripped off and treated like trash for no reason, skip this place entirely. Head over to Dumetz and or Fallbrook and Ventura instead; they won't try to swindle you and then act unprofessinal and aggressive. read more

Decent cigar with a side of bigotry. Went in today and found Richie (or Ritchie, or whatever) helpful in picking out a cigar. He was nice enough, everything was going great until he started to explain how Calabasas has its own laws that prohibit smoking in their lounge. He told me about their other locations where you can smoke. I asked what was up with Calabasas and he said the rich people make their own rules here..."the rich white people and the rich Jews make whatever rules they want." I just said thanks and have a nice day at that. But I wanted to ask him what he thinks I am? Many people in Los Angeles think I'm Armenian, but he didn't think for a second I could be Jewish? There aren't rich Armenians or non Jewish Persians in Calabasas, too? There are plenty of them, but he chose to focus on white people and Jews to complain about. Not cool. Now I don't feel welcome at any of their locations knowing they talk sh!t about people like that. I was really disappointed because it wasn't even said in a joking way; as if you can joke about that. So I'll go to their competitors who he also talked bad about. This is probably one of the worst in the valley. Tried to sell me LFD superbowl cigars and said they were LFD Andalusian Bulls. Asked if they had Cuban Linea 1935 Leyenda and the tax stamp didn't match when I checked it on Habanos.com. Guy said I could buy the box for $350, then it changed to $600 when I said that was a good price and then he said I could settle for $500. Dont buy here read more

His cigars and tobacco are old...like years old not months or days. While it's unacceptable to sell your old tobacco, the lease you can do is provide service. If something is wrong with your product you should offer to replace it. I know you can't really exchange tobacco but he could have at least work it out somehow. A $2 discount on a new purchase world have done the job but it just amazes me how business owners sometimes just don't get it! Oh and he's rude and offensive, using profanity like there's no tomorrow. This place is great! Little whole in the wall shop that has the best tobacco and glass deals in calabasas and probably the entire valley close by! Definitely wayyyy cheaper than going to dimentia or another popular spot. I forgot the employee's name that helped me out, but he was straight-forward, no bs, willing to answer any and all questions, and willing to discuss (already low) prices. Let me start of by saying if your someone who's growing up watching The sopranos or listening to Frank Sinatra and Dean Martin play your favorite tune while enjoying the great cigar this is the place to be, the variety they have a second to none .you can be a cigar guy or just anyone who would like to buy a pack of Marlboro lights or even as the new generation like to smoke the Puff as they call it , they got it all. What really fascinated me about this place is the service that I was provided by a gentleman Kamel, this guy asked me specific questions and got me introduced to some of the finest cigars that I ever smoked in my life I definitely give this place a recommendation to everyone to stop by not only to get educated on some of the smokes but to be treated like a king every time you walk inn. I see a lot of mixed reviews here. Some people don't understand Tony or his behavior and take it as insulting but those people are usually snowflakes with hurt feelings. Tony has a no-bullshit policy and can come off as rude to people who are sensitive. He's an open book of information, just don't talk his ear off or ask him illogical questions. This is not the place for beginners. In the past some of his cigars have been found to be inauthentic Cubans, but with the recent lifting of the trade embargo with Cuba, I've found some decent Cuban cigars here with authentic bands that check-out online. read more

Small store. Good selection - found many cigars I like. Prices are typical with a few bargains. Unlike other reviewers I was not offered Cubans and the proprietor was friendly and helpful. I didn't have any questions and he didn't strike me as particularly knowledgeable as a tobacconist. i'm in my early-mid 20's and I smoke cigars... usually I get strange looks from people that work at cigar shops when I'm in their humidor but this place was inviting. it's refreshing. The workers there are younger as well but you can tell they care about their jobs. good recommendations all the time, very personable. The worst cigar store ever! The owner Tony all too willingly tells you he has cuban cigars. He then shows you what look like real boxes and lets you pick any five for $75. Stay away from all the Cuban Cigars here!!!!! They are all fake! I figured I would take gamble at a box of 25 for $350.00 which is a great deal but I checked the number on the authenticity website. The label was a real Cuban label but the label DID NOT match what it was describing. Another give away was the fact the month and date at the back of the box was the wrong print size... the presentation was almost good enough for me to try on a whim but knowing all this I will never spend a dollar here.
