I'm so happy to find this special little business in Fairfield where we have not been able to find our brand (husband's because I don't smoke). They are from Canada and super hard to come by. I should have known and read reviews first to " DO NOT GO HERE"! I have lived in area for 30 yrs and cannot believe this place is in bussiness still. Been 3 times because my place was out of product. The one guy is nice but the other rude ugly dude is a jerk. There are plenty of other places in town I can go, especially since I just moved to the east side. So I'm writing this review bc the mean jerk was a total A hole today. He never says hi which is fine whatever but today he went out of his way to be rude. I was short $10 cause I wanted to get a scratcher. I told him I would be right he back. I went to Raleys and got cash back. Came right back within 10 minutes but then there is a note on the door saying "I'll be back in 5 minutes"...should have said 10 because after waiting that long he opens the door. When I get to the counter he says "oh I sold that ticket to someone else and it was a winner, he won $250" really? I mean, really? Idk if he was joking maybe he was but he continued to say "yea I sold it" even though I told him I would be right back. I even pointed out the fact that he was on a real himself, how could he sell it? Joking or not, I will never return to this store and I will tell everyone who will listen to avoid this place. I hate to say that cause the other guy is really nice and I've only seen this jerk this past 2 weeks. 2 stars so people look at this review. Horrible customer service. I was on my break and bought an e-cigarette from this store. I didn't think I'd get a defective product from the start, went back a couple hours once I got out of work, with my original receipt and packaging, was told there were no returns. Which normally I could understand from a $5 product, however this was over $20. When asked why I couldn't return the e-cigarette the clerk told me I could have switched it for a defective one. Some trust this person has on customers. I then asked him if I opened it up and puffed it inside would he have kicked me out of the store, to which he replied it would have been ok. I should have known by the name that this wasn't a liquor store, and yet I went in there looking for...a Rockstar. As far as tobacco related products go, there seemed to be a good selection. Inside it smelled like incense, and I would venture to guess they sell that, too. Plenty of parking in front. The guy who runs the store is a jerk to say the least! Advertises one price but charges another every time. I took my disabled neighbor to raleys to pick up his medicine. So while he was raleys i went to this cigarette store even though many times before i felt as i had been ripped off by his un-truth in advertising. I Had been running around all day so i settled for this cigarette store. Ok so i went in and asks how much for a pouch of buglers was and he said $3.99 so i gave him a five and then he gave me a penny in return.
