They use wildflowers in the soup which provide a unique flavor. The soup is packed with flavor. Salads -We had the Brussel Sprout salad and the Roasted Baby Beets salad. Both were great but the Roasted Baby Beets was out of this world. The Mexican Lavender dressing, candied pecans, pickled onions and Fennel Goat Cheese danced on our tastebuds. I am looking forward to going back soon to try more of their menu. It's very rare that a restaurant's menu captures my complete attention. Wolf in the Woods menu is full of flavors, unique ingredients and incredible textures. I really want to order one of everything. Go!
