We went there to pick up the truck and Mr. Hagopian first said to give him the truck then said no. The police were called. And now there is a contempt motion Against Him, to charge him with Criminal Contempt. We hope the truth will continue to come out. Search for the ruling from the Judge and what he found about Loyal Tire and Anthony and Michael Hagopian. Dont take my word for it.. Listen to Judge Williams. We now have a case with AAA for what they did to us by sending these people. The good fight continues.

When they drove my truck into the shop they hit the lift and ruined one of the previously repaired tires. Because they didn't carry that tire anymore I was forced to purchase four new tires. To their credit I only had to pay for three. When they hit the lift they also gouged the wheel, again to their credit they offered to repair the damage. Finally, when they finished the job they left one of my locknuts loose enough that I could turn it by hand. So just understand that they are sloppy and unsafe in their workspace, but they attempt to make things right. Proceed with caution.

About a week later my hubby heard this weird sound from the left wheel. Well some of the lug nuts were coming loose. Guess lake region didn't take the time to torque it to specs or even enough! Then about a week after that he noticed the brakes didn't feel right. He pulled off the rear wheel to see that the pads were badly warn which lake region should have checked during the inspection. Great experience at this Walmart Auto Center…read more Was looking for some tires and Walmart, as expected, offers some great prices with minimal (about $18 per tire) installation/mounting costs. Despite reading some bad reviews for almost every Walmart Auto Center in the area I decided to give it a try. I found my tire size (vehicle search) and researched the various options (even on other websites) before deciding on the set I wanted. After choosing the tires, I scheduled my installation appointment. I saw that the appointments were ONLY available about 10 days later...so this may be an issue if you are looking to have tires installed sooner than that. I arrived at around 9:45am for my 10am weekday appointment. I was greeted by a friendly staff member who checked me in. He did explain that they had to check whether the service manager was okay installing two (front) tires on my 4WD vehicle...after a few minutes he advised that it would be okay. But you may want to call to ask ahead if this applies to you. I left the service desk after checking in at around 10am and while shopping around the store, I received a text message at 10:30am saying they were done! After reading other reviews...I was expecting a few hours...but 30 minutes! Despite only being two tires...I thought that was very good time. After checking out with the service desk, my car was waiting for me on the other side of the garage...lug nuts tightened to spec. and all. Fingers crossed but the tires have been good so far in the first 100 or so miles...I was more than happy with my experience at this Walmart location.
