This is now the second time my family has dealt with this here. My sister's car suffered similar interior damage just a week prior and there is a clear pattern of negligence. ​When I brought the car back a few hours later to show the damage, the manager who wears glasses was very passive and immediately tried to dodge taking ownership. He told me he would check the cameras and call me back no later than the next day. It has been several days and I still have not heard a word from him. ​To make matters worse, the actual cleaning was sub par. The interior was improperly cleaned and it was obvious as you could still see dirtiness on the front doors. They are clearly rushing the work and then refusing to take responsibility when they cause damage. ​I am sure the business will reply here with a generic message acting like they want to help or claiming they have no record of this. Don't be fooled by the professional online responses. When you stand in front of them with the damage they caused, they do everything possible to avoid accountability and hope you just go away. Save yourself the headache and go somewhere that actually respects your property and stands by their work.

I was so very wrong to put my trust in his judgment and experience because I now have several hundred dollars worth of damages to my car from where their automatic washing machine broke the mount from my bumper protector which caused the hook to create a huge, thick gash in my once-pristine baby. So I called the owner. This is how it went... (my work phone records all calls automatically) Me: hello, I'm calling because your machine damaged my car. I believe the attendant may have called you already but I was hoping you could give me an eta on when you might get here? Him: he did call me. He told you to wait. Are you waiting there like a good boy? Are you? Good. Bye. Whatever I shrugged off the attitude (I mean I am a psych nurse, I've heard worse). He arrives later, says he'll give me my money back for the wash but nothing else. I say okay fine give me my money back, that's a start. Then. He. Walks. Away. He refused to live up to even refunding me a 19$ car wash fee. Refused to do an incident report. PHYSICALLY THREATENED ME without any provocation on my end - again I work in psych and I know how not to escalate situations. I had to call the police; thank you Suffern PD for arriving so quickly. (I had everything recorded on my dash cam thankfully). I had them file a report so there would be some paper trail for my small claims court lawsuit. In short, avoid this scam of a business if you value your property and physical safety.

Unfortunately, that's the kind of experience I've come to expect as a woman going in for car service alone. This morning was the complete opposite. I brought my car to Tony, and it was on the lift right at 8:00 AM and finished by 8:26 AM. Turns out I needed two plugs, and Tony was honest and straightforward--he let me know my tires are about halfway through their life and suggested considering replacements toward the end of the summer. No pressure, just facts. And then the best part--Tony insisted the repair was on the house. It honestly felt like he knew I needed a positive experience this week. It completely turned my day around. I told them no way & had them drop my car. My brother tried and says we need a good shop that isn't going to price gouge you. He recommend this place because they worked on my Moms and his car also. Needless to say I was accommodated quickly, treated with understanding and the work was done in nearly 2 hours with a MUCH more reasonable pricing. I left happy and felt finally safe driving in my jeep. Give these guys a call and you won't be dissatisfied. 10/10 and will be recommending them + going back for work there from here on out.

My mechanic was off for the (week which I didn't know),so I tried Vin-J's. Vin was very helpful and was able to take me in the same day ( thank God for AAA for towing my car there). He was able to give the exact amount of what it was gonna cost and within a couple hours my car was done. I was able to get a ride there and have it picked up. I will definitely go to him again and would definitely recommend this establishment.
