Great place for pizza and pasta! The pasta with olive oil and you have to add the meatballs!! Is sooo yummy! It Taste just like mamas!

What a great atmosphere when you walk into this Italian restaurant. It's as if you entered into a small Italy town. Their pizza ranges from small to the largest pizza you'd have ever seen... 24+ inches. Came with my family here and ordered 4 medium (14 inches), unique pizzas. Each looked better than the other. When we started separating each slice the melted cheese kept getting longer the more you pulled the slice. We had Cimino's Deluxe, Spaghetti Pizza, Taco Pizza and Cheese Pizza. Everything tasted delicious. We couldn't even finish everything. Our waitress was such a great personality and great sense of humor. Highly recommend Cimino's Little Italy. Loved the hostess and the servers. The food is fantastic too - we've been going for years and like everything we had so far.

Lots of cheese and really yummy tiramisu. Haven't been since I've been dairy and meat free.

We had a group of about 40 people after a lunch after a funeral. We were seated in the atrium away from the restaurant crowd. Service was great and everyone really enjoyed the various pizzas that we ordered. They were very accommodating to our wishes. read more

This place is a little gem in Freeport! They have indoor and outdoor seating available. I've always sat in the bar area whenever visiting. The portions are very large! I ordered the eggplant parm this time and it was absolutely delicious! The eggplant was cooked perfectly, not over cooked or mushy, nestled in crispy and flavorful crust. Their tavern style thin crust pizza is the best! Perfectly amount of crisp! Hard to find pizza like this in other states. Cocktails were on point here too. I tried two of of the seasonal menu and they were balanced and perfect! They even had a locally brewed beer on tap from Wishful Acres which was a treat! Sam was our server and he was friendly and just adorable with spectacular service. He had great recommendations off the menu and made our experience that much better. Spilt drink on my kid, did not ask to even spilt our 8 person bill, my sons food was wrong and came out after everyone else', manger only gave 15 percent off and said it was equal to mine and my sons meal, mine was 22 and his was 10 ish, the discount was 26. not a very good experience. read more

As we walked in tonight there was a lady that was slumped over straight ahead of us. First impressions are everything and then we stood there as the two other ladies at the hostess stand to the left were talking took them forever to acknowledge us. The older lady with the white hair wasn't sure where to sit us and so we were just standing in the middle of the restaurant. We got seated we waited until our server came he seemed frazzled and overwhelmed. Took awhile for him to come by after we ordered our drinks and when he brought my partner's beer he had forgot I ordered water. He brought that and then took 20 mins for him to come back so we could order our en-tree'. Both of our sandwich's were edible but not enjoyable. My partner had to go to the bar and get his beer brought back to him. Overall it was a 3/10 experience and we will not be back. read more

We landed here by accident. They roll up the sidewalks here in Freeport pretty early! Cimino's is the only place open after 9 pm! Amber made some great recommendations and we enjoyed a great meal on the patio. Pretty lighting, a burbling fountain and excellent music! We heard Ella Fitzgerald, Louis Armstrong, Etta James, Michael Buble, and a few other crooners I couldn't quite identify. I was in town for business and ordered a delivery from Cimino's. At 7pm there aren't a lot of options in Freeport and this seemed to have the best menu. The food arrived quickly and hot but that's the only praise I can offer. I ordered a Caesar salad and an Italian deli sandwich. I couldn't eat the salad because there were small fruit flies in it. That went straight to the trash. The sandwich was good but a little salty and a bit light in ingredients. Too bad about the salad; otherwise this might have been an acceptable option for future trips to town. read more

This place use to be great. Not the case any longer. My husband had a meatball sandwich and I had an itialian beef. My husband said the meatballs were terrible, not firm and tasted like they were full if fillers. My itialial beef was also terrible. No flavor and same for the juice that was nearly clear. When I called to speak to the manager, he apologized and said he would look into it. He did not ever offer a replacement or any kind of compensation. We paid $27 and ended up giving it to our dog. The last time we actually ate inside the service was extremely slow, took over 20 minutes just to get a drink, and about an hour for food. There were only 3 tables being served at the time. They have gone down hill! We will not be going back!! EVER!! read more

I ordered over the phone based on online prices but they charge based on current prices and don't tell you. I had both orders delivered and both times I was disappointed. We were at Generations Brewery and learned we could order in some food. Cimino's had some good reviews so we decided to phone in our order and give them a shot. They were patient as three separate people ordered food (all on one ticket), but they delivered quickly, our orders were correct, and mmmm....I had the pizza and it was delicious! My brother ordered a pizza burger, which was a burger encased in pizza crust, much like a calzone. His girlfriend ordered Eggplant Parm, I believe, which she said was delicious. Both of their meals came with side salads. We were all pleased with the service and the quality of food. Oh, and they didn't charge us a delivery fee to Generations, so if you're in the area, having some craft brews, and need some food, I definitely would encourage you to check out Cimino's! read more

Cons: -cocktail drink was subpar. -side salad was $3.99 but seemed like it was a bag of Aldis salad mix dumped in a plate. I coulda bought a whole bag for that!!! -chicken Alfredo more like chicken out of a can, in pasta rolled with butter. Couldn't see the cream on it at all, But I definitely saw the grease. Couldn't even finish my plate. The pasta tasted like the water from the can the chicken came out of... So preserved. -the bread was literally a ball of dough with 2 cuts and it tasted like saw dust... What is really going on here?! -Parmesan cheese was in 98% sure out of a bottle that they stuck in the fridge... -butter was a gob that looked like it had freezer burn I don't think I'll be back here again! Going down hill fast. The pizza is inconsistent AF! One time the pizza will be OK, not good, the next 3 times it was trash. Very little sauce or toppings including cheese and overcooked and dried up. Italian beef was some old dried up beef. Philly cheese steak gave me the runs, nasty food. The only reason they get so much business is because Marias closed. They keep jacking up the prices and the food (all of it) will make you sick. The pasta salad is nasty too, it's just mayo, pasta and olives, no flavor at all. You can go to McDonalds and spend less for the same quality. I will never eat at Ciminos again. read more

Love this place! This is a long overdue review. My husband and I had a wonderful experience at Cimino's last October. With the pandemic we've been very careful and rarely go to restaurants. We were in the Freeport area to run trails for the weekend so obviously needed to eat and called the restaurant to happily learn they have outdoor seating and heat lamps. The young woman on the phone was so very nice and told us about an atrium area but they were going to have a lot of people so she assured us the outer area had heat lamps and we arrived and kid you know were treated like royalty. We had very nice wine and I'm kind of forgetting exactly what it was and we had a wonderful appetizer of calamari. And this is when I want to tell everyone about the wonderful server we had named Sam. Off the cuff I said some thing about a book I was reading on octopus and it was rather touching and now I didn't know if I could eat it and Sam even knew the scientific name. My husband is a bit of a science geek so they really hit it off but nothing too chatty of away if you know what I mean. Sam was delightfully knowledgeable of the entire menu. The caprese salad was fresh and scrumptious. My spaghetti was perfect al dente and the shrimp were juicy and big. I'm forgetting what my husband had and he's not with me as I write this but I can assure you if he didn't like it I would remember. Can't wait till we're back in the Freeport area to go to this wonderful restaurant again and hopefully Sam will also be working. This is a place not to miss! read more
