Cedars-Sinai should seriously reevaluate whether individuals who show this level of incompetence, indifference, and disregard for patient well-being belong in any patient-facing medical role. My experience at Cedars-Sinai Culver City Urgent Care was unacceptable to the point that I am prepared to escalate this complaint to the appropriate higher authorities if it is not taken seriously. During my visit on 7/8 around 7-8PM, the front desk staff were dismissive and passive-aggressive during check-in. The nurse who roomed me was also extremely unprofessional. It applies to all nurses there because when I asked questions, all of their attitude was rude, dismissive, and passive-aggressive. My nurse failed to properly review each of my recent medications with me, that I had to come close to the computer screen instead of her clearly confirming the list. She then handed me a urine cup and sticker without properly labeling it herself, and told me she would recheck my blood pressure but never returned. The overall provider and staff environment was deeply unprofessional. I could clearly hear the doctors or physician assistants loudly chatting in their room, laughing, and discussing personal topics such as vacation, jewelry, caviar, and their dating life while patients were waiting. After over 30 minutes with no proper follow-up or communication, I felt completely forgotten while multiple staff members appeared to be standing around laughing and socializing. I ultimately left because I no longer trusted that I was receiving safe, professional, or competent care at this location. This visit raised serious concerns about patient safety, medication reconciliation, specimen handling, blood pressure follow-up, staff professionalism, and quality control. Based on what I experienced, this entire urgent care location needs an urgent operational and clinical review. The conduct I witnessed does not meet the standard required of medical professionals or a Cedars-Sinai facility, and appropriate corrective action should be taken, including disciplinary action up to and including termination where warranted. I am requesting a formal review of this visit, identification of the staff involved, a written response explaining how this will be addressed, and confirmation that I will not be billed for care that was not properly completed.

Dr. Eshaghian greeted me with a smile in his voice and provided the most thorough patient care that I have ever experienced! He made me feel valued as a patient and went above and beyond to treat my symptoms. I also requested testing for flu, Covid, urinalysis and strep throat to rule out any further infections. The testing was all completed in house and the results available within minutes. I received an aftercare summary explaining treatment and symptoms. The facility is clean and well maintained. The patient lobby and patient lounge area is relaxing and has comfortable recliners for patients to use while getting IV fluids. Dr. Eshaghian is kind and professional with excellent knowledge and customer service. I left the area feeling 100% better that when arrived. Hai staff Karina is also nice and friendly as well. My GP is Dr. Mejia, so I know that if I see the Urgent Care, my care is coordinated across the board, through the TMMC system. Whether its been an MD or a PA, every single time, my care has been exceptional and consistent, which I so appreciate.
