Never again. They completely lied about pricing. I stopped in and asked how much for Mens business shirts to be LAUNDERED, not dry-cleaned. The lady said $2.50 for laundered shirts w/ starch. I got my items home, looked at the tag on them and saw I was charged $3.75 each!? I called, asked to speak to the owner. She said they were actually $3.38 to $3.75 depending on the SIZE for laundry, and started at $6.60 (!) for dry-cleaning. She basically didnt give a ****. I don't mind paying a fair price, but that is a total gouge, rip-off and LIE. Never, ever again. read more

Horrible service! I used them for the first time and I live in Roanoke. I used to paying $3 for dry cleaning for my work shirts. They want to charge $6 to press and wash a cotton medium button up work shirt. Did not explain the prices to me and the differences in types of cleaning to communicate. Don't waste your time here -prices are incredibly (and unjustifiably) high. They also have policies that defy logic, including that unless you sign a release waiver they will not launder any items that aren't 100% cotton, or that they automatically dry clean all women's clothes at $4.50-$5.00 per item. Thanks but no thanks. Lastly, they told me that there is an additional $1.00 surcharge for every 4 items you have. Even the guy behind the counter says most people end up not using them because they are "not cheap". read more

Cinch Cleaners in Roanoke made a mess of a brand new sport coat. We took it to them to be pressed. It came back with one sleeve creased. When I requested that it be corrected, the curt response was "it would probably fall out." I should have taken that as a sign of what I could expect. Instead I allowed them to "redo" it. The result of the redo is an even bigger mess. We have been regular customers for a number of years but will not return. BEWARE. read more

My job has me working all over the state and I've used cleaners in just about every little town the state over. These guys rate right up there with the best of the best. They do great work, are always on time and their staff is very friendly. I've used them 13 times over the last few weeks and so far, knock on wood, they have not crushed a single shirt button which sets them well apart from the majority of the cleaners I've used. I am not certain what all the fuss is about. I have used this cleaners for going on 3 years now. The prices are on par with all the other cleaners I find myself using around the country, and my clothes always come back pressed and clean. I am happy, I only wish they had a way to drop clothes off before and after hours. read more

One star barely. Unannounced prices were raised from $1.60 per laundered item to $1.80. And if you have an odd number of shirts, say 5, then the 5th item has a $.25 surcharge. When I collected my items last week, I was given some one elses shirts. I went to take it back and find mine, after some searching it was found. Lack of confidence. High rates, that were raised higher. And the sticking piont for me is the $.25 surcharge. read more

Unfortunately had a very negative experience with cinch cleaners in Roanoke. I had my first negative experience when they lost a shirt that I dropped off for dry cleaning, Unfortunately I did not pay attention when I counted my items and so they simply said that it was never dropped off. Willing to put water under the bridge I went back again and this time there were several burn marks on a brand new blazer when I picked it up. DO NOT USE CINCH IN ROANOKE! read more

Gave my Harley Davidson shirt that I got on my honeymoon in Hawaii to another customer and now won't do what it takes to get it back. They say the other customer is old and doesn't understand, not my problem. I want the irreplaceable shirt that has memories that can never be replaced that matches my wife's shirt. They had a video of them giving the shirt to the wrong customer but didn't think to take the measures to prevent it from being overwritten by additional recordings so now it can't be proven the other customer has the shirt. When they ultimately offered to replace the shirt it, I had to find the replacement site to order it from and then they wanted to know if I would take it in a different size because they were out of stock in my size. Like seriously! This is more then just one unfortunate mistake, this is a series of correctable mistakes had someone cared enough to do the right thing Could have been fixed or prevented. Expensive and can't follow directions. All I wanted was a clasp on one pair of pants and button on another sewed on. Picked up the pants - pressed very nicely - total $13.92 - a little pricy but they pressed them though I did not ask for this. So, OK. But, when I got home I discovered the button was not sewed on so I took it back. Picked it up today and I'm charged another $7.30 for a total now of $21.22. I complained to the young men behind the counter but to no avail. Won't ever use them again. Too expensive and they can't follow directions. What a rip off. read more

Do not go here! I will not bring another shirt to this place after they unapologetically destroyed a second expensive shirt of mine. After I got it home I noticed TWO buttons were missing that were fine before and several little black stains on a pin striped white shirt. It's so sad this is the only dry cleaners in Roanoke but I'm hoping a better one moves in quick!! Several times have misplaced for days expensive dress shirts and business shirts came back with pen marks and another with a big stain that were both not there before. When they sent back the pen mark shirt it came right back with the same stain and the sticker showing it wasn't even touched! I had to pay for it too before they sent back to get re-cleaned. Upon complaining the woman who works there was completely rude with her words and when I mentioned I shouldn't have had to pay she was even more rude. I pay for good customer service and quality not crappy and rude people and quality of work. Will drive to Southlake or grapevine before I ever come back here!! Btw this wasn't the first time I have dealt with her rude attitude and bad quality here just thought I'd give it another chance but never ever again! It deserves no star! read more

The OWNER messed up 5 times in one vist and was rude to me. I asked the girl behind the counter who was going to pay for missed time at work if I could not pick up the work uniform. (That we dropped off last Thursday and it is now Monday.) Where are our clothes? The owner said that was a threat and told me to find else where to do my bussiness. She has been rude everytime I or one of my family members happens to cross her path at the store. Then she charged my credit card 3 times. What kinda owner can not run her own credit card machine?
