I'm trying a Valpak coupon. We'll see how it goes. This started out as a very solid four stars, but then one of those great customer service moments happened that is definitely worthy of another star. I picked up our clothes today and what a great experience (though I have not unpacked the items yet, so I assume they are fine). I started by asking if the coupon was applied, and it was, for a savings of about $8. The person I talked to was very helpful, and even gave me another coupon for my next visit. As I left another person came out to tell me that they double-checked my order and the coupon was not applied to all items. A credit has been added to my account and will be applied next time. Pretty cool I think to myself. Turns out that it was John, the owner, that came out to inform me of the coupon oversight and it was his wife, Cheryl, that did the double-checking. So besides great customer service this cleaners has a few other good things going for it. 1) It's conveniently located on 1709 and is easy to get in and out of IF you are heading west, 2) They have a drive-thru, 3) They have an after hours drop box (just be sure your contact info is on the bag). read more

When I moved to this area I had to find a new cleaner for my work clothes. I tried most In this area and ironically didn't try here until several others massively disappointed. Others I've tried mistreat my clothes, overheat them, burn them, and therefore make the buttons on the shirts go brittle, none of them prompt or with anything above average in customer service. Here though....... The owners work it, they do what they also pay their employees to do. They have pride in their service and it's telling. They add a neck collar pad at the top button of dress shirts to allow the collar to keep its optimal form integrity. They pinch the wrist collars together to maintain its press and form. I've only seen this being done in maybe 2 of every ten cleaners I've used. This is just another subtle sign of voluntary value and the perception of luxury. In fact I havnt seen this since using a cleaner in downtown LA that celebs use. Service is prompt enough, the days of next day service seem to be gone with the days of Covid anywhere but to be fair I havnt asked if they can do it but it used to be far more common for cleaners to do this as standard service if dropped off before like 3pm ish. Staff is kind, price isn't the cheapest but if your dry cleaning your clothes you probably know by now why you don't seek the cheapest place. This place will care for your clothes and the price is warranted. They have drive thru service. The last and only real concern is I wonder if they use harsh chemicals or natural products to clean our clothes, it would be a negative if they use harsh chemicals. Nonetheless, great place!!! This is a fine example of patronizing a local business because that local business provides a better product then all the multi chain competition. Support small businesses! read more

Customer Service Supreme! I have used the Cleaners of Keller for almost 20 years and have been very satisfied. Recently I had an extraordinary experience as I was dressed for an important meeting but decided to drop off my clothes before han. As I got out if the car at the cleaners I noticed the button on my dress shirt sleeve had broken. I mentioned it to Vianey who immediately got Darrell who said he could fix it in 10 seconds. I was hesitant by didn't even have to remove my shirt for him to put on a new button in about 5 seconds! Of course I was thrilled and when I offered to pay he said "No Charge". DO NOT BRING WEDDING DRESS HERE! Before I dropped my wedding dress off here I had did some research online and they had great reviews for wedding dress that they had dry cleaned. I called and I advised them my wedding dress is a Mori Lee Sarasota a 2,200.00 wedding dress that has very detailed crystals, embroidery and lace. They said no problem bring it well look at it. I took my dress up there and spoke to them about my wedding dress and they said no problem! don't worry about your dress it will be fine! I dropped it off. My mistake was I didn't look at it before I left the dry cleaners. I got it home and had left for out of town and looked at after I got back. OH MY GOD a 1/4th of the crystals were gone! I called the store twice! No one would ever return my call. I am taking my bridal portraits in October of 2015 and the alterations person is charging over $200.00 to fix all the crystals that are gone from my dress! and having to use crystals that aren't even from the manufacturer! read more

I am updating my review and would like to rate this business with negative stars but the system won't allow it. They continue to refuse any communications so I will take my complaint to any other possible customers that this place is to be avoided. The cleaning I have picked up in the interim was also poor as there were I removed stains on slacks (no one checked the entire cuff for a splash pattern) and the collars of shirts were not treated properly. I am still owed $99.50 plus associated costs from this business. Once again, poorly run, poorly owned and poor customer service. read more

I've dropped off my clothes a few times now and they are always perfectly done and the cleaners always have them ready before the quotes time. Rating not on this store, but their other location on Rufe Snow in south Keller. It doesn't appear on Yelp, but same owner. He called and left a message to call him at this "main" store number. Only that number doesn't work. Called the location on Rufe Snow where I had dropped off my dry cleaning, only to be told "yeah, their phone isn't working up there. You should drive up there and see if the guy is there." Left my name and number for call back, advised I was returning his call, but never got a call back. Don't see why I should drive 4 miles to "see if he's there" Local employee obviously didn't forward my message. 1 star customer service. read more

My wife bought me some new dress slacks from the Men's Warehouse. ($199.00) She claims my clothes are out of date and 20+ years old. So, we leave directly from the Men's Warehouse with my new pair of dress slack's, (the tags still attached) and drop them off at this cleaners along with a few other items, that I had needed to have dry cleaned. A couple of days went by, I drove up, gave the employee my name, and the young man came back out, opened the back door to my truck and hung the items up, closed the door, and informed me how much my dry cleaning total was. I handed the young man, my credit card, he processed, I signed the ticket and drive home. Once my wife and I arrived to the house, I hung my dry cleaning up, and we began making dinner, and soon thereafter, went to bed. A couple of days went by, and I decided that I'd better wear the new slacks that my wife bought me or I knew I would be in the dog house. As I opened my closet, I began sifting through my dry cleaning. My new slacks were no where to be found. I called for my wife, as she entered the room, I asked if she by chance had pulled my new slacks out, and hung them somewhere else. She informed me that she had not. I looked in every closet in the house, and my slacks were nowhere to be found. I telephoned the Cleaners of Keller and explained the situation, confirming that my new slacks were not with the rest of my dry cleaning, and asked if they would look to see if by chance, the slacks had been hung separately from my other dry cleaning. A couple of minutes had past the attendant returned and informed me that he was unable to locate my slacks. The attendant further informed me that he would have the manager call me referencing my slacks. One day passed, two, three and the fourth day came and went, I still yet had heard from anyone from the Cleaners of Keller. After work the next working day, I stopped by the cleaners and asked to speak to the manager, who was not present this day, so I left my business card (work number, email and name) with my personal cell number written on the back of the card. I asked that the attendant give the manager my card, and at a time his/her schedule allowed, to call me pertaining to the mysterious missing slacks. It's been over two months, and no one from this establishment has attempted to contact me in any capacity. (Wife is livid to say the least) I am disappointed that my wife's gift was entrusted with this dry cleaners, and not so much as a call from anyone for the Cleaners of Keller to inquire into the matter. I've gotten another pair of slacks since then (replacement gift from my wife), but those new slacks, or anything else I own, will never again be entrusted with the Cleaners of Keller. read more

The manager is not a man of his word! Ruined a tie in Feb. Told me they would reimburse me. It was not a cheap tie. Finally told me last week after I continued to call that he would not reimburse us for the tie, 7 months later. Said he would give me a mere $10 store credit. I told him I would never come back or use them again. They do not honor their word. So now I have to find a new cleaners. Any suggestions???? read more

After being a customer for over 15 years, I have been forced to find another cleaners. So disappointed in the management of the business. The location on Rufe Snow as the WORST customer service I have ever experienced. That is what happens when you allow an employee with a bad attitude be the face of your business. She was actually allowed to refuse service because she did not like me complaining about my clothes being placed under the wrong name. She is only there for a paycheck and had no interest in trying to correct the issue prior to me being upset after the third or fourth time. The interesting part is she always knew what name my clothes were under but other employees had to hunt for them or even take several days to find them. This tells me she was the problem along with her bad attitude. And management/owner allows her to get by with this bad behavior after several conversions with them about the problem. There are plenty of cleaners who take customer service seriously. read more

If I could leave a ZERO feedback I would. This was THE WORST experience I have EVER had with a dry cleaners!! This was my first time to visit this location. I had a coupon for my normal cleaners but decided to try Keller Cleaners since I was in the neighborhood that day. I had several shirts to be pressed and 2 pair of pants t be laundered. I told the lady at the window I had a competitor coupon do they honor those. She said "NO" but that since this was my first time she would give me 20% off order when I picked it up. I thought that's really nice gave her my clothes she gave me my ticket and I left. The next day when I went back to pick up my total for these items came to OVER $110.00 OMG are you KIDDING ME I told them and the manger said we are a Premier Cleaners...REALLY?? My clothes looked no different then the ones I get done every week at my local cleaners. I am very upset that they did not tell me up front their prices after I showed them my coupon and what my prices normally are. This place was DOUBLE for each item then what the NOT PREMIER CLEANERS charge! They would not match any prices nor offer an apology for not even telling me of how much they charge. I will NEVER go to this cleaners again and WARN EVERYONE NOT to USE This Cleaners!!! RIP OFF read more

I am giving one star only because 0 stars are not an option. I have been going to the location off Rufe Snow for about 7 months now but I must say I am extremely disappointed. An employee has been rude several times and I am saddened to say that corrective action has not been taken. When I ask her about prices of certain items she exhales very loudly and rolls her eyes. When it first happened she looked at me for several seconds before actually giving me a response, only to be greeted by more rudeness! When I asked the young woman for a manager, she said if I had any comments I could voice them to her and she would pass along the message to the manager. After asking her multiple times I finally asked a different employee for the number of a manager some days later, and he gave it to me within seconds apologizing for any mistakes made with my order and I went along with my day. The following day I asked another red headed girl for the number to reassure myself that he gave me the correct number and luckily it was the same number. After speaking to the manager he assured me that he would speak to the owners and apologized for any inconvenience. The following day I went to pick up my clothes and the same girl was absolutely horrific! I gave her my stub which she snatched out of my hand without saying a word, and she then proceeded to grab my clothes from the back room. When she gave me my clothes she gave me my copy of a receipt to sign and simply said sign this, and she threw away my copy! After I asked her for my copy she fished it out of the trash can straitened it on the counter and I left. I will no longer allow such a rude woman to treat me the way she has treated me! I can understand if it was every once in a while, because I realize that everyone has bad days! I am sorry to say that this was not the case! If you want better customer service, go to another of the locations! You get MUCH friendlier people, and no head ache! read more
