We've had nothing but great experiences from this dry cleaner. I have 3 kids and the sheer convenience of pulling up to the window and dropping off my clothes is priceless! They have a very fast turn around and are reasonably priced. I've been to be other cleaners in town who are double and surely not as convenient. The owner is impolite and arrogant as can be made out when he interprets our complaint as if we are playing a scam with him. Yes , he can choose who to serve and we can choose where to get our cleaning done but will not tolerate indecent behavior. We have used this location for 28 months and one year back they spoiled a cashmere sweater and gave a credit of $25 towards repair. This was the second incident but he would not even listen as they spoiled an expensive shirt from Brioni. When a customer comes with a complaint , normal courtesy requires proper response but I guess he never learnt this in his life. read more

I bought a navy blazer overseas and brought it to this store for the very first dry clean. The blazer had a nice, subtle sheen and a deep, intense blue. When I picked up the blazer not only the sheen was gone but also the color had faded as if it had been cleaned in a washing machine. The blazer wasn't even well pressed and had wrinkles in several places. I was asked to contact the owner (J), which I did several times and even left my cell-phone. Never got the courtesy of a call back. It is a nice store, personnel is friendly, but unfortunately one star for quality of service and customer care. read more

Had two coats cleaned one looks good the other looks like they just put it on a hanger, same dirty spots as when I dropped it off.

We have been using this dry cleaner for years and to be honest, never thought about the service much - they cleaned our clothes, fairly priced and always on time. Recently I showed up 20 minutes after they closed ...computers were shut down... I was leaving on a trip the next morning and needed my clothes. They let me go in the back and we found my order manually and they let me take it even though the cash registers were shut down. True sign of customer service is when you have a problem and they helped me! I am now a customer for life! read more

I had them do two shirts and a pair of slacks. They had them completed on time as promised and they smelled and felt like new clothes. There were a few wrinkles and they pressed my pants with a crease down the front, but missed the original crease slightly so now there is a hint of two near the top. They also failed to remove a stain I had pointed out on one of the shirts. I'm pretty sure a tide pen would get it out, I just didn't have one. It was a little confusing dropping my items off. I told them I found them on Yelp to get a discount on the shirts, but as I walked out and looked at my receipt, I saw they were marked for laundry service and only the pants were dry clean. I can do laundry at home, I came to a dry cleaner for dry cleaning. So I went back in and she was happy to make the change, but it was more expensive and no Yelp discount unfortunately. All in all, I got clean clothes back on time and that's what I needed. read more

Fairly priced. Never had a problem. Nothing super amazing but as far as drycleaners go- they're solid.

Tried several cleaners and by far this one does what I expect. They do my medium starch on shirts and heavy starch on jeans. Shirts and pants come out flawless. Most of the other cleaners have creases showing when pressing the garment. Thank you Super Center read more

I have used these cleaners for years and have never had a single issue. They have the best prices, are super friendly and have always done a great job. Their drive through service is quick and convenient and their turn around time is also quick. You can also pay at time of pickup which is nice when you are in a hurry at drop off. The location is also more convenient to get in and out of than some other places around the area. The extent of my experience with them is articles of clothing for dry cleaning and laundry, of which I bring in around 3 dozen each time, and they have never had a lost item. read more

BEWARE. Being new to town, was looking for a convenient dry cleaners and found this one on yelp. First visit showed my YELP coupon for reduced pricing on shirts. Was told no problem and would put this price into the computer. Upon picking up my order, discount was not applied and was told sorry, coupon was not applied and it was too late. However, we will give you a coupon for Free Dry Cleaning on two pieces. Customer service was lacking on the first visit. Decided to give this another try. Dropped off order and again, ask to apply the Yelp discount. Took copy of receipt and discount was applied. Picked up order a few days later and presented my coupon they gave me for Free dry cleaning for two pieces as coupon stated. This time was told, Sorry, we cannot accept that as you should have given that to us upon drop off. I explained to the young lady there will not be a next time as I will not be coming back. She NEVER acknowledged my comment and basically could care less if I was there OR was returning as a repeat customer. I walked out a very dissatisfied customer and a staff that could care less if I ever returned. I will find a Dry Cleaners that appreciate my business and will honor any coupon they advertise or personally give you. read more

We have used this business exclusively for over 5 years with good service and pricing. Recently they did not return two (2) pair of my black 32x32" LEE jeans. I contacted the store personally three times and was assured someone would contact me. I never received any kind of response at all. I spend approximately $1200/yr. on laundry and they have lost my business permanently as I will not trade with a company that will not stand behind their products and services .Apparently $12,000 of business revenue is not important to them.
