These are brand new shirts I haven't worn yet. I told them I needed my dry cleaning done Wednesday morning. I made a point to specifically tell them that. When I get there they said it wasn't done. When I asked why it wasn't I they lied and said I never told them. They said they wouldn't charge me for the laundry. All of the garments I dropped off need dry cleaning not laundry. When I dropped off my dry cleaning they wouldn't give me a quoted price or estimate. I asked them how much each item was the price the older woman gave me was lower than what I was charged. I asked why that was and she lied again saying that was what she originally told me. Even with the supposed discount it was still significantly more than other shops I've gone to in the past. I will not be returning to this business.

However, the last three visits, one of which was tonight, they have removed all the tv's and the a/c has been OFF! It's sad when it is cooler outside than it is inside. You have all these machines running, kicking out heat, but you keep the a/c off and it is over 90 degrees in the place! That's ridiculous considering what we pay to use the machines now. It's bad enough having nothing to even watch except the people, but to be sweating like crazy at the same time is too much. I attempted to reach out to them via their website before posting here but the website is no longer active. So that just kind of topped it off for me.

I dropped off my pant and jacket on Friday and it was ready for pick up the next day. It would be nice if they had a menu with the prices in the drive thru option. The card…read moreto put the money on cost $1, but the attendant said she had one that someone returned, so I saved a buck there and she told me how much it would probably cost to wash and dry the huge comforter I needed to wash. They have 1 60 lbs., about 4 40 lbs. and several top loader washers, along with the large and extra large dryers. The sign says there is Wi-Fi there, but I didn't try to connect, so I don't know what system it is. I used the 60 lbs. washer, which is $6 and 32 minutes in one of the extra large dryers, which was $2 (50 cents per 8 minutes). 75 cents for a box of detergent from the machine. No ATM there, but there's a bank across the street. There is a change machine on premises, loading money on the card - that machine will take 1s, 5s and 10s. Not sure if there is bike parking, but there is a harley shop next door. Back today - tried the wifi and it is real wifi, not one of those ones that you have to log into via a browser window. Streams Sunday Ticket well.
