Absolutely fabulous evening celebrating the Chinese new year at our favorite restaurant in Chestnut Hill. The menu provided a yummy variety of tasty dishes, and if I had to pick one, I would say the rib eye was tender, juicy and flavorful. The sea bass with the gun powder sauce was wonderful and the crispy duck with the five spice emulsion was rich and cooked perfectly. The family style approach is the way to go. Thank you, Sophie, for your wonderful service. On a regular night, my favorite dishes include the wonton soup, crispy pepper fish or brandy infused sichuan beef. Those are my go-to's but really everything is delightful. Consistently delightful. I wasn't in town much during the days of Henry, but Eddie is implementing some great additions and the staff is always amazing. Special shout out to Geri for always making a fabulous cocktail (try the lemon drop or cosmo)... you won't be disappointed.

[[HIGHLIGHT]]Great service and adorable decor.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] My pot of tea was great. I had Buddha delight stuffed tofu pockets . Yummy! Dessert was a bowl of lychee! I would definitely return here!

Very good! Food 5/5 I ordered a lamb with Chinese eggplant entree that was outstanding! Great portions. I absolutely love the string beans, but opted for the spicy sauce on the side. I like spice but my body does not anymore. I'm glad that I did request some on the side, because it's intense. My lemon martini hit the spot as well. Service 3/5 Service was polite, but nothing remarkable. They greet you promptly and ask if you're ready to order. My server circled back a few times until I was ready. Ambiance 3/5 [[HIGHLIGHT]]Dim lifting, ample seating, white table cloths.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] [[HIGHLIGHT]]There is dining room seating and bar seating.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] [[HIGHLIGHT]]I wanted to sit at the bar, but it was to capacity.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] [[HIGHLIGHT]]I enjoyed my tucked away table dining experience and actually had more space.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] I am still eating leftovers from Friday! The food still reheats well. I can't wait to go back and try more dishes.

Quick midday work lunch at Cin Cin in Chestnut Hill. I tried the shrimp in garlic black bean sauce and crispy spring rolls were delish. The fried rice was a little dry but you can tell it was yesterday's, I came first thing in the morning when they opened. But babyyyy the flavor of this black bean sauce. The service was super quick, but again I was the first one there, lol. I love me some Chinese food, this finna be my new dine in and takeout spot.

Cin Cin has been a great dining choice for years and still remains. Their staff is pleasant and efficient, their food is always very fresh, served hot and delicious. The Shrimp in Black Bean Sauce was very good. I had the Yeh-Yang Jumbo Shrimp. I wasn't overly crazy about the Yeh-Yang vinaigrette but overall the dish was good. I would select something different the next though. Definitely a good choice and must try.

If the neighborhood is bad you KNOW the food is good!…read more as a lifelong foodie, i am aware the bigger the risk, the better the reward when it comes to dining in the tri state area. this adorable little dumpling house is nestled in the fine city of Kensington, Pennsylvania. a city known for it's not so nice neighborhood conditions. IYKYK the brave and the bold will understand that although fishtown is literally a block away most folks may not know where this location is due to the surrounding conditions. all the more reason to support this business!! i had the pleasure to speak with one of the owners (the dude) about the food, and the dumplings and he did not steer me wrong. i ordered the kimchi pork and shrimp dumplings and these things are massive. clearly hand made and a great price. i'll post those photos later. the store front is small and you can sit down inside to eat but most folks just order take out or food delivery services. this is amazing food! as i usual, i am glad i got to try a place before they take off! when the outer sections of philly find out the dumplings & noodle dishes here here are actually better than what you can find in chinatown...(for the most part) things are gonna get busy in this place and fast! thank you again to the kind family for helping me with my order. i will be back and soon!
