Ben quickly diagnosed the issue, explained everything thoroughly and took the time to answer all my questions. His work was thorough and I appreciated his honesty. Well I forgot was sunbathing at the pool my outside camera alerted me to someone at the house. A guy in fatigues, the penny dropped called Aaron to apologize, but he had it all worked out. He had looked through the window and worked out what needed to be done. Sent a quote and game on, he was polite helpful pointed out a better installation way for both our TVs.
